Great room for mum and dad and two teens for a couple of days. Very close to station and restaurants. No front desk but communication was excellent and easy check in process. Our room faced the street but was quiet once we closed the ventilation ports. Excellent value for money.

Great place to stay. it would have been great to get more frequent room service (only cleaned once during an 8 night stay). But overall check in was easy, and we felt very safe. The property was clean and generally quiet.

This place was great! It was nearby Kamata station and the neighborhood was quiet. The rooms are also pretty spacious and very clean and equipped with lots of outlets. Would love to stay here again if I get the chance again!

The room was so comfortable and clean with proper air conditioning, and the check-in is smooth if you do it right (instructions are easy to follow). The beds were super comfortable and thick. Shower products are provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall was a great stay and would recommend it especially for a family.

Excellent hotel, very practical, clean, and with so many local restaurant options within walking distance. Convenience store just next door. I would highly recommend Minn Hotel, especially for those travelling with the family. The kids really enjoyed the very comfy double bunk beds.

In a quiet nehigborhood. Rooms were clean and the bunk beds were fun for the kids. The check in is virtual via an iPad and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer. After that our touch pad door code was not working and they had to direct us via iPad how to find the physical key on site. Besides that the property was in good shape, comfortable and close to Kamata station.
