"The room was pretty clean, the toilet was also clean. The room was pretty comfortable for my family. The only down side is the coin dryer, I don’t know why every time I used it to dry my clothes, it always ended up sticking with crumps of dusts when I took them out of the dryer. Other than that everything else was good."

"Very quick and easy walk to the hotel from Fantasy Springs or the Bayside Station. Hotel staff was very friendly. There is a small convenience store in the lobby as well as a restaurant that I was able to grab to go food from after a long park day. Room was very large and spacious! "

"The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect."

"Location was great if your family is going to the disney parks. The hitel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with all amenities, a restaurant and Lawsons in the lobby area. "

"Clean, bed and pillows horrible and couldn’t use AC which was frustrating Hot food was cold at the buffet breakfast on each of the 3 days Staff were excellent and place was well presented "
