Three problems: 1) The windows didn't open 2) The A/C on the room only made it cooler, not hotter. There was a dial to adjust the temperature, but the man at the front desk told me that did not work. It takes a long, long time for the to come and then sometimes they are so full you can't get in. 4) The hotel needs to make it clear to guests that there are TWO Ryogoku stations, one for the Metro and one for JR trains.
