"Location is perfect! Close to the temple, train, donki, other shopping and restaurants… hotel is clean, amenities are great, room is big enough."

"Room was spacious and clean. Good soundproofing, no one complained although my 3 kids were quite noisy. Free wifi throughout the stay, useful for my kids who play iPad games every night. Convenient location with Family Mart right at door step. Many eateries along the streets nearby for easy meals. Will come again next time. My wife and kids like it. We stayed in a Family room with 2 single beds and 2 double beds. It also has a dining table and 4 chairs, good to bring food back to eat. My kids love the bath tub which is a separate room from the toilet. No free breakfast though, need to pay. Near to two MRT stations. Suidobashi and Lidabashi."

"Room cleaning service was nice always kept our rooms clean and tidy giving us the peace of mind to relax and get some good rest after every day trip! Would love to have more gym amenities such as weight machines or atleast freeweights rather than just treadmills since most travellers already do their daily cardio every day exploring japan"

"The hotel is very large, and right at a JR/subway station that's convenient for transportation. There are different places for breakfast within the complex - we ate at 3 different restaurants - all good. The Pivot was probably the nicest. "

"The room was clean, but smaller based on western standards, but had lounge area to hang out on 2nd floor and main floor...but they provied bottles of water and fresh towels daily. Loved the vibe at the hotel...music, had DJ on certain nights, Amazing Bakery, Coffee bar, and Tappas Lounge was excellent...locals visited who did not stay at the hotel. Little further from main area of Shinjuku and train stations...so depends on your preference. "
