I booked this hotel for our stay at Tokyo Disney and it did not disappoint. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to the parks and has a good selection of convenience stores around to pick up snacks. We loved the novelty of the dinosaur check in staff. Beds are a little firm but this is the preference in Japan and is consistent across all hotels we’ve stayed in here so not against this one in particular

Very good hotel, most people look like they stay here as part of their Disney World trip. Very friendly with standard Japanese and Western food for breakfast. The mattresses are a bit firm tho, and I stayed in two different rooms, and the one located at the corner, with windows from both sides, does not have acoustic isolation as efective as th one that only face one side. Cool place with the animatronics in the reception.

the check in with the dinosaur was super creative! Covenient location near Disney with much affordable price. Not walking distance to Disney in the hot summer time, there is a bus right at the front to go to Disney. Room was cozy and relatively big compared to my other hotel stays in Tokyo.

Awesome stay

It was very convenient to getting to the Disney parks and it was so wild being checked in by dinosaurs!!! We didn’t get breakfast included but we did pay enjoy 1 breakfast, it was really good. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved this quirky stay for our one night before heading to Tokyo Disney. The dinosaur robots were awesome and easy to use. We had luggage transferred so staff were readily available and easily reachable to help us with our bags that had been stored securely away. The rooms were very small for two Australians/ luggage with two single beds but it was manageable for one night!

Family trip

Kids loved the dinosaurs and robot in room. Staff are quick to come out and help if any issues doing self check in or any other issues. Plenty of shops nearby and easy to get transport to Disney area.

Rooms are bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast is very good. Location is close enough to Disney that a taxi is very affordable, very close to bus lines and local convenience stores. Overall recommend and would stay again.

Property is in peefect location, shuttle was excellent to Maihama station with easy access to Disneyland. Convenience stores located nearby. Very quiet and clean, shower was excellent also.

Nice place to stay for Tokyo Disneyland

Very convenient location for Tokyo Disneyland. Just two bus stops away. Convenience store next door and across the street. Located in a quiet neighborhood. My kids really enjoyed the dinosaurs. Keep in mind that you don’t really encounter any workers as most things are automated. I think you can call for an attendant if needed.

Great hotel. The location is great , only a couple bus stops from Disney. There’s a 7 eleven right next door. Check in and check out was easy. My husband thought the beds were uncomfortable but I didn’t mind. Overall a great hotel.

Awesome hotel in Tokyo Bay

Very nice and cool hotel where dinosaurs are checking you in. Great location, especially if you are heading for Disneyland or Disneysea and don't want to spend a fortune. The room was a bit small but very clean. The lovely staff had even squeezed in an extra bed for our kid. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this hotel

We only stayed here a night after being at Disney. Clean and basic hotel with a shuttle to Disney which gets very busy by the look, though there’s a bus right in front that also goes there. The dinosaurs at check in were a laugh, kids enjoyed it. Clean and cheap place to go to after a long day at the park

Great hotel, great location.

Fantastic stay for a very reasonable price. Very close to Tokyo Disney, convenient free shuttle, multiple times there and back. If you miss it or go outside of open and closing hours, there’s a city bus stop very close, gets you there in 5 minutes. A Lawson across the street, and a 7-11 just a few feet to the left. Raptor check in was very whimsical. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disney.
