We were really impressed with the hotel. It is well located for disney and just a 20 min train journey into Tokyo. Trains are every 5 mins during the day and station connected to the hotel via a covered walkway. There is a welcome lounge for drinks and snacks in the evening. The hotel was spotless and the room was nice and big for our family of 4. We will definitely stay here next time we are in tokyo.

The pretty has a very cute lobby that has a candy bar, cotton candy machine, drinks, and make your own pancakes. They had an interactive projection area for the kids to play in that was super fun. The breakfast buffet was superb! The room was big and spacious. They had a very easy, free bus to Disneyland every 20 min.

The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect.

What an amazing partnered Disney hotel! The hotel was great! My daughter loved that from 2pm-11pm there was a snack station with candy, chocolates, puff ice cream, and DRINKS! yes, alcohol is included between that time and slushies/soft drinks for kids. We will definitely be back. The shuttle was a great plus along with their Tirtoir room that had everything you could think of.

The room was spacious and clean. The welcome bar was interesting and more geared towards kids with lots of candy options, and cotton candy. So we just made a few pancakes and enjoyed some beverages. They have two really nice restaurants which were a bit pricy but looked like a huge selection of buffet style food. I dont eat meat so it wasnt worth the price for me, as most of the non-meat items were donuts, breads and a salad. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient. I originally thought we would take the train but the shuttle was direct and drops you off right near the Disney park security entrance and has a good schedule so we took the hotel shuttle to and from the parks daily. I would stay again.

The location is unbeatable. We love the “Welcome Lounge” that is open for guest from 2pm to 11pm. We love the free snacks and drinks. We love its close proximity to the train station and Malls and local shops. The shuttle to Disney was awesome, too.

Rooms were comfortable. Each of the five of us had a good sized twin bed. Conveniently located by Shin-Urayasu station. Next to Atre and Aeon malls. Good inexpensive food in mall. Would stay here again.

Five stars all across the board. Room was clean and spacious. The Marin had 4 comfortable beds that worked out for our family with young kids. Amenities are great (especially the 25 hour Lawsons). Very convenient shuttle to Disney and easy train access to Tokyo Dtationm Would stay again if wr werre to come back to Disney.

The beds were perfect, the shower pressure incredible and the foot massager amazing after a day of walking. The Tiroir amenities were much appreciated. We did not eat from the candy buffet (after spending the day at Disney, we would have preferred fresh fruit or vegetables). The breakfast was fantastic for variety and quality.
