The staff was wonderful and the property was nice and clean. We had a good stay but if you are from North America pay the extra money for a larger room, the standard rooms are extremely cramped.

This was my first stay @Shinagawa-Prince-North Tower. The best part about this hotel was the location! It is located right in front of Shinagawa Station, restaurants, and other entertainment places. It was the best location for the business trip. The room was fair. One NG was that there was no plug-in by the bed and only one pillow. Also, the iron and the ironing board should be available for the business trip. The complimentary breakfast was fair.

The hotel was in good condition, and the beds comfortable. A nice feature was that the windows could open for fresh air. Complementary breakfast was simple but adequate. Service was outstanding, and they accommodated my early departure.
