Staff was very friendly. The hotel was surprisingly clean, organized, and well equipped. The washer/dryer in the room was nice with the provided laundry detergent. The bathroom and kitchen were clean with all utensils wrapped in plastic bags for cleanliness. I was able to leave my luggage after check out which were locked up by staff. The room was spacious with king size bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Iโ€™m glad I found this hotel, room is so much bigger, complete mini kitchen, and a washer dryer too! Just wonderful! Very close to TCAT so itโ€™s easy to get to the airport bus. Close to most attractions in the city, and just a few minutes walking distance to train stations. Will definitely stay again and will also recommend to friends! Hotel staff also was so nice and accommodating, I was able to borrow a hair straightener and extra pillows.

The staff Purafuru was super helpful. We had arrived early and he tried his best to accommodate a slightly earlier check in especially when he saw that we had young kids. Loved the laundry in the room and the bunk bed. Great for families with young kids due to the in room facilities.

The staff was extremely helpful! We had our luggage transferred 2 days early and when I realized, I contacted the hotel. They had assured me that our luggage was stored and would be ready once we came to check in. On day of Checking in, we arrived 1.5 hours early. I asked if we could leave our carry ons at the front desk until it was time for check in and after a few minutes, they said our room was luckily ready and they allowed us to check in early. Every encounter, the front staff was polite and helpful. Location was great as it was a quieter neighborhood with multiple station entrances nearby and very close to T-Cat where we took the Airport Limousine Shuttle directly to NRT airport. Room was spacious but lacked areas to hang clothes washed using the in-room washing machine but still worked out for us.
