Our stay here was great except the building design does not make it very conducive to someone in a wheelchair or for bringing in your luggage on the cart. There is no way to go in the front door, there is no ramp. The back door is the only way and we didn’t know the door locked at night - no way to use your card to enter through the wheelchair accessible door. I had to walk around the building and open the door for my husband. The staff were good and the breakfast included was good.

Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the side door being locked after 9 pm. We only recently started locking the side door as we have an outreach Centre a few blocks away and have found non-guests using our facilities and disturbing guests. We do have a note on the door with our phone number to call so that the front desk agent can go and let you in. We are also working on a new lock for that door that your key card will get you in. We thought it would change but unfortunately, we will need to keep it locked from now on.

This property was a bit older than some places we've stayed but still clean and well kept. It is located a bit further outside the main shopping and dining of the downtown, but it was also quieter, and was still close enough that it was walkable for a family with small kids. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful.

Great room, close to the airport and walkable to the downtown, even with 2 small children. Staff were lovely and friendly, room was spacious and quiet. Free breakfast was absolutely amazing. Great value, would highly recommend!

The location is great because we just walked to all our destination. We really like our room, it smells so good from the moment we walked in. The hotel is so clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is also good.

Fantastic hotel with delicious breakfast. I wish there was a pool, but other than that, everything was perfect! Very clean hotel with no weird smells (the rest of our team stayed elsewhere and they said the place smelled old and musty lol). Highly recommended!

The hotel gave away our room at 6pm.(even though they say their check in is until midnight)...blaming Expedia. However, they had our confirmation right in front of them. They had our confirmation....just decided not to honour it. We had to sleep in our car. Do not book this hotel through a 3rd party. They will not honour your reservation.

I am sorry this happened. We require a valid credit card to hold your booking. We keep reservations until 6pm and if they do not have a valid credit card that we can process for payment we do not hold the room. When you book online via a travel agent or booking site they do not provide us with your contact information. Usually we would contact you to confirm your stay. If we do not have any information we cannot do that. We are a small business and cannot afford to have rooms sit empty when we have many guests inquiring. In the future if you book online or through a travel agent I would suggest calling the hotel to confirm you will arrive on that date.

Our housekeepers do not go into rooms unless requested, we tell all guests this at check in due to Covid precautions. The room you had booked is a Jr. Suite with a kitchenette. Thank you
