Hotel is near Interstate and so is easy to access. Parking was good, room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and staff at desk were friendly and professional. Great stay!!

As a women traveling alone with her son we booked a room here for a hockey tournament. Pictures were nice. Got there and was charged $60 more then my Expedia agreement. The parking lots full of abandoned cars, vans and truck. People outside smoking weed, dirty ground, hotel cleaning staff was rude and shoving cleaning supplies and blankets in their cars . The first room smelled so bad like wet dog I almost puked. Second room was better but stained sheets and smelt like mold with clear water damage to the tile floor. The biggest complaint was the feeling of being unsafe. The parking lot, the location, and the over all feeling was very scary. Lots of foot traffic and people sitting in cars. It appears people live at this hotel and is more of a motel. I would not recommend this to anyone. My son was scared and begged me to leave. We would have been returning to our room at 10 pm after hockey and we decided to drive two hours home instead. Expedia and red roof in declined my request for a refund. I would absolutely not stay there ever and I will never ever use Expedia again. They promised me a location change and then changed their mind and said it didn't fit the criteria. It was absolutely disgusting and scary. Still waiting fort refund that nobody will give me and I don't even stay on the room longer then 10 minutes

A/C unit is very old. Can’t even see ac or heat options. Room charges are same as other places but other places provides refrigerator and microwave. Very basic place. I could not check in 10 mins prior. I understand i was there 10 mins before 3 but you are telling non of your rooms are ready at all.

We were in the 324 the first night was ok, second night the door would not open and we waited for half hour finally get the door open, the third day, we have to move to the different room, the room doesn’t have hair dryer and phone doesn’t work, I ask the frond dest for a hair dryer, they told me they don’t have, they also do not have hot water for the hot tea at the lobby area.

Cuando llegamos al cuarto excelente, super limpio y todo muy bonito, pero en esos 5 días nunca entraron a limpiar, ni sacaron la basura, ni cambiaron las toallas. Cuando fuimos a hacer el checkout no había nadie al frente, llamamos en varias ocaciones y nadie salió. Tuvimos que gritar para el señor saliera el cual se encontraba durmiendo.

Not my favorite...
Not sure if it's normal to be given dirty linens and towels here but that happened. They don't clean daily so that's kind of concerning. The staff was also questionable. The manager and Tony were very nice. No one was particularly nasty but I believe the entire staff has to be new. No one knows how any part of the computer system works and it made for a lot of standing around and waiting.

The hotel room was nicely updated and clean. Exceptional value!!! We reserved the upgraded room so we had fridge and microwave. Some red roof plus locations automatically have them so make sure to check which type of room you select. We felt safe and secure in our room. We’d stay here again since the cost was so low and the room was nice (no weird smells and everything was clean)

The place was quiet, nice and the room was comfortable. The young man that checked me in and out was very professional. I like that the motel had an elevator. I will definitely stay here again.
