“We had an amazing three day stay at Filoxenia last week! The service was second to none! Everyone from the front desk, maids, wait staff were exceptional. Big shout out to Service Manager Adonis and his dedicated staff! Superstars! Adonis made sure we had a gluten free breakfast package for our 6:00 am checkout as we had to catch an early flight! Really above and beyond! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back! Yasas!”

“Great location that is NOT directly in Kalamata. 5 minutes drive down the street to all the action. No problem parking (in May). Staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Pool is very nice and big on a raised deck overlooking the beach which is right across the street. You can also walk into the action at Kalamata. Probably a 20 minute walk. “Excellent hotel. In the room terrace, you can see the whole Monemvasia. It takes a few minutes to the island by car, and there is supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Room is clean and spacious, and has separate entrance balcony. And breakfast was good enough. Above all, the staff were so kind and warmhearted, I felt.”

Breakfast was phenomenal, the pool was spacious and you can just reserve it to ensure no unwanted issues. Parking is limited but never ran out. Kamer werd goed schoon gehouden en voldoende schone handdoeken, ook voor bij het strand of zwembad kon je blauwe handdoeken vragen bij de receptie. Wij waren er aan het einde van het seizoen, dus was het er erg rustig. Bedden zijn prima. Ontbijt was ook heel goed verzorgd. Wij komen zeker terug.”

“It is located in the center of the castle. So it qas bit tough to carry the big luggage to the hotel. ( The road inside of castle is paved with stones.) However other conditions are all perfect. The room was a traditional stly and well organized. Hosts are kind, they offers delicous breakfast. Recommend here !!”
