“말레이시아 전통 가옥 체험은 독특하고 만족스러웠다 다만, 직원들의 서비스 마인드가 고급 숙박시설이라고 보기에는 수준 낮았고, 음식 맛도 그다지 좋은 편은 아니었다.”

“Should have not use “hotel” to manage expectation. More of a hostel instead. Bath cleanliness is way under par.”

“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

“Its a dead town..nothing special. No one goes to islands. Hotel is totally rundown. Bed, bath and room is bad. Room grown with spider web, lizards nest and ants nest. Have not seen cockroach yet. Reception is quite friendly though. Hotels.com info is absolutely outdated. Used to be a transit hotel for those going to/from the islands”

Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately was not particularly appetising. We were interested in seeing whether there was somewhere in the area where we could get a drink, but were told that nowhere would be open (it was only ~8pm, so found this...
