“Das Zimmer Putzpersonal war sehr aufmerksam sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett war unglaublich bequem, jedoch fehlte uns im Bad die Ablagen Flächen. Das Morgen Buffet war ok. Das Personal an der Pool Bar war so lala...die Ausstrahlung war oft leider unmotiviert. Das Personal an der Reception war okay manchmal die Fragen nicht verstanden, schlechte Kommunikation. Die roten Liegematten waren schon grenzwertig müssten glaub mal ersetzt werden. Ansonsten sehr schöne Hotelanlage und...

“This was my second time staying at the hotel. We were to stay 3 nights, however our flight from S. Filipe was cancelled therefore we missed or first night, we requested a refund of the first night since flight cancellation was no fault of ours, however it wasn’t honored, was disappointed with that, however, the stay was nice, staff were friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lunch was superb. ”
