“Bed and pillows could be better….hard bed and very hard pillows”

“We went in low season so there were only a few guests. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a number of choices, but was only average. The pool was great; however, it did close at 6 p.m. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.”

“RIU is the Best place to stay and enjoy all your special occasions. This is our 35 th Anniversary and we got the best suite upgraded with the best view. All the facilities at RIU are awesome awesome awesome and awesome. We love Riu. Will visit again the 3 rd time in another country .”

“Excellent hotel for families with kids. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and they are super accommodating. The hotel rooms are old but well kept. I will be going back there on my next trip with my family. ”

“We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel.”
