“This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this...

“Lovely resort tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. You wouldn’t even know it’s there. Need to have coffee makers in the rooms along with access to communal water and ice. For the price, it was expensive.”

“Ordentliches, sauberes Hotel, Frühstück war super (man konnte Omelette, pancakes etc bestellen), Pool Bereich war schön und Zimmer wurde durch Klimaanlage schön gekühlt. Nah am Nationalpark. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab Wasser, Tee und Kaffee den ganzen Tag über. Für Costa Rica eine gute Unterkunft mit gutem Service. Wir hatten wesentlich schlechtere Unterkünfte zum gleichen Preis in Costa Rica. Also Topp! ”

“This property is a doorway to nature's paradise. Being set in jungle with an open living theme there is nothing to not love about Congo bongo. The cry of howler monkeys at 4am followed by the jungle waking up to the evening cry of the toucan nature is all around. The ambience is complimented by the warmth and friendliness of the people who call this place home.”

“The rooms get poor WiFi service, the WiFi is free and strong everywhere else. Breakfast is good, option for eggs made to order, fruit, breads, rice and beans. Beach club food was ok, nothing great. The pool is clean and lovely, and you came beat the ocean view from the front. Walking to and from the main road was safe at night. The paths in the hotel could be better lit at night. ”
