“The system and service of employee is not the level of Marriott. Even though the hotel name is Courtyard Marriott, you cannot expect the similar level of service during your stay. No toothbrush for the beginning. I received my room key one day after I had checked in because of system error. I cannot get to my room directly after my breakfast because of no key, so, I should go to front desk and should follow the employee who should visit the each floor. “The hotel is very new and in a good location. I would rate it as 4.5*. Very clean and very modern. It needs only few improvements as to the staff. They are trying their best but as we travel all over the world, we can feel the difference. Staff should be more trained. We stayed for for the stopover one night to carry on with our travel to Gujarat.”

“Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.”

“The property looked premium on Expedia while booking, but didn't feel premium when we actually stayed there. I was staying in the luxury cave. Nothing is luxury in the cave except the name. It's just another room with cave like interior. The bathroom was smelly despite keeping the exhaust fan on throughout the night. The washbasin tap won't turn as it was stuck against the mirror above the basin. The dustbin in the bathroom was broken. We had to ask the staff to replace it. They don't...
