Bed and Pillows excellent, room service excellent, and staff all excellent. Hotel atmosphere is understated luxury and location right in the CBD ideal. One of the quietest rooms in terms of internal and external noise I’ve ever stayed in. Certainly the aircon was the quietest I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dunedin."

"Great hotel, close to the lake as well as to the town center. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The bathroom was also tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly. We had an excellent experience at the hotel. We found the hotel a bit "pricey" but worth the money."

"Awesome stay! Our flight landed in the morning, we asked to drop our bags off at 11 and they already had our room resdy for a early check in. The room was nice and warm when we got in. Loved our stay and would definitely go back again. The fireplace was a deal breaker ! "
