Stunning Views and Excellent Service

Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown had beautiful views from our room — a real highlight each morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything easy, from check-in to local tips. It’s a stylish, comfortable place that feels both relaxed and well run and made our honeymoon special. Excellent breakfast with a view too.

Decent location and lobby is OK. This hotel fails to disclose some rooms must be accessed by elevator then climbing stairs! We rejected the first dark room ( stairs) then were given another dark room with Very dated dark decor, missing armchair( had a cocktail table only), no soap at sink. Staff seemed not to care.

Lovely hotel

Really lovely room, we had a suite and it was really well laid out, lots of nice touches. Breakfast was nice too and stunning views of the lake. My only wish was that they light the fire in reception and/or the dining room as it would have been cosy and it was very cold!

A 5 star hotel with actual 5 star service. Great to finally stay somewhere , where the service meets the reputation. Wonderful stay, cannot recommend highly enough. The hill up to the hotel probably isn't the best if you are lacking mobility but was fine for us and equalled awesome views from the room
