“Very good property and environment, but lake of maintenance and the staff’s service is not as professional as a luxury hotel standard. Low value for the money.”

“휴양지 호텔같은 느낌이었어요. 객실도 넓고 아늑했고, 위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 룸에 욕조도 있어서 저녁에 관광 마치고 와서 피로를 풀기 정말 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절했어요. 무료 와이파이는 있었으나 조금 느립니다.”

“Riad carino, pulito e tranquillo, in posizione davvero strategica. La nostra suite superior Sherazade molto comoda, dormito benissimo, doccia enorme e buoni prodotti di cortesia, unico neo wifi che in camera non prendeva mai, solo stando in piedi di fianco alla porta, questo è stato veramente una grossa pecca. Colazione buona, personale gentile, una sera abbiamo anche cenato presso il ristorante interno e ci siamo trovati bene ”

“Dem Hotel könnte ich 4 marokkanische Stern geben. Sehr modern und schön ist das Hotel. Die Gegend ist eine gehobene Stadt. Das Hotel- Personal ist nicht so wie andere Städte sehr herzlich/ freundlich/ Gastfreundlich, das hat aber mit der Gegend Zutun, nicht negativ gemeint. Das Hotel könnte ich jedem empfehlen.”

A slight discomfort occurred when we had a coffee 20 minutes after breakfast, which a staff member charged us for. However, another employee went to great lengths to obtain the necessary change for us. :-)”

“Très bien situé pour visiter Tetouan. Parking gardé payant à proximité. Contactez l'hébergement pour infos sup. Riad avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre Sahara confortable et conforme au descriptif et photos. Excellent restaurant sur place à des tarifs très raisonnables et qui sert de l'alcool. Possibilité de manger à l'intérieur ou sur la belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent. Personnel professionnel, serviable (est venu me chercher à proximité pour garer ma voiture au bon parking)...

“-Bruit de la route assourdissant car logement mal isolé, -litterie inconfortable, -pas de savon dans la douche, -pas de panier à poubelle, -une des 2 chaises dans le balcon est cassée, -Piscine hors service le lundi, sans que nous soyons prévenus. -confort général quasi absent”

“Ellos fueron muy amables desde el minuto uno. Hay un piano y uno de los señores que recibe lo toca maravillosamente . El lugar es bello. Solo si no puedes subir escaleras puede en la planta baja ya que es un Riad antiguo y muy bello que no tiene elevador y eso lo hace original. Muy recomendable ”
