“Very good property and environment, but lake of maintenance and the staff’s service is not as professional as a luxury hotel standard. Low value for the money.”

“The rooms were uniquely designed, had a mediocre view of the beach. The breakfast could have been amazing IF there weren't birds landing all over the food and picking at it while you are trying to eat. ”

La nostra suite superior Sherazade molto comoda, dormito benissimo, doccia enorme e buoni prodotti di cortesia, unico neo wifi che in camera non prendeva mai, solo stando in piedi di fianco alla porta, questo è stato veramente una grossa pecca. Colazione buona, personale gentile, una sera abbiamo anche cenato presso il ristorante interno e ci siamo trovati bene ”

“Dem Hotel könnte ich 4 marokkanische Stern geben. Sehr modern und schön ist das Hotel. Die Gegend ist eine gehobene Stadt. Das Hotel- Personal ist nicht so wie andere Städte sehr herzlich/ freundlich/ Gastfreundlich, das hat aber mit der Gegend Zutun, nicht negativ gemeint. Das Hotel könnte ich jedem empfehlen.”

“Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est pas mal, personnel très sympathique et agréable. Par contre le seul inconvénient c'est que les chambres sont très humides, les moustiques nous ont bouffer, a améliorer. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention the employee, Adnan. A slight discomfort occurred when we had a coffee 20 minutes after breakfast, which a staff member charged us for. However, another employee went to great lengths to obtain the necessary change for us. :-)”

“Très bien situé pour visiter Tetouan. Parking gardé payant à proximité. Contactez l'hébergement pour infos sup. Riad avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre Sahara confortable et conforme au descriptif et photos. Excellent restaurant sur place à des tarifs très raisonnables et qui sert de l'alcool. Possibilité de manger à l'intérieur ou sur la belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent. Personnel professionnel, serviable (est venu me chercher à proximité pour garer ma voiture au bon parking)...

“-Bruit de la route assourdissant car logement mal isolé, -litterie inconfortable, -pas de savon dans la douche, -pas de panier à poubelle, -une des 2 chaises dans le balcon est cassée, -Piscine hors service le lundi, sans que nous soyons prévenus. -confort général quasi absent”

“Ellos fueron muy amables desde el minuto uno. Hay un piano y uno de los señores que recibe lo toca maravillosamente . El lugar es bello. Solo si no puedes subir escaleras puede en la planta baja ya que es un Riad antiguo y muy bello que no tiene elevador y eso lo hace original. Muy recomendable ”

“Beautiful quiet property, good service and the pool area is amazing. What would take Dar Ba Sidi to the next level would be better upkeep of the grounds (mowing/weeding), and touch ups on some of the typical expectations of excellent accommodations such as working internal telephones (so you dont need to go to reception when you need anything), water bottles every day of your stay (not just on the first day), etc. We did enjoy our stay though :)”
