"We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. "

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Fantastic hotel, you can’t get a better location for touring central London. View from the lobby is straight over Westminster Bridge, to parliament and Big Ben. Few minutes walk to London Eye. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "
