Got stuck in room 8, which is basically the worst spot of the building, and another family of 3 got the same luck. Our room is a Wi-Fi dead zone, its totally a false advertising according to the Australian consumer’s law.
No rubbish bin – had to use the communal one. The girl was like, "Sorry about that, supposed to be one in the bathroom but we don’t have a spare one for you right now."
Also, the door handle's broken and the cleanliness is a joke – leftovers garbage from the last customer and no replacement cups etc.
Paid way less in Tamworth the night before, got all the basics plus breakfast. There’s no customer service and terrible problem-solving skills. Says a lot about ownership and management of this place. They don’t care.
