I was extremely disappointed with the overall service considering this hotel is rated as a 5-star hotel.
It took 3 attempts to make telephonic contact with the reception desk when calling to enquire about the parking options. When I arrived at the hotel, the elevator to the lobby was out of service. The key card system was offline so had to be escorted to the room and the key delivered later. The furniture looked very poor and had water damage. There were stains on the curtain that looked like blood. Water was leaking from the ceiling that woke us which I reported and was promised that a service person would come to follow up which never materialized. I ordered a halaal meal for a specific time at breakfast as suggested by your hotel guide however when I got to the restaurant, there was no special catering waiting for me and my wife. I am sure that Hilton will just offer a standard response as usual and not make up for this poor experience.
