“For the price of it and for the location, it is a really nice place. It is within walking distance to Chimelong. There are lots of restaurants and stores in the neighbourhood. The place has 24 hour security. Note that this is not a hotel, it is an apartment in a building. So you'll have to contact them before arrival. Either by emails or messages on WeChat. It was easy enough though and they are very fast in responding. We are happy with our stay and we actually booked an extra night after...

“Nous avons été déplacés dans un autre appartement pour raison de travaux, l immeuble est très éloigné, pour les étrangers impossible de prendre un taxi sans appeler un service didi (Uber local)… l état de l appartement est vraiment pas au top, la salle de bain est pas finie et fait salle… c est un duplex, certes grand mais à plusieurs niveaux peu pratique… l environnement n est pas très agréable. Ne recommande pas ce lieu.”

“stayed there for 3 weeks.first thing to point out this is not really and apartment you can use for catering.you have use of a fridge and a micro wave.was going to check out but girl on reception was very nice to give us a and electric hob to use and an elecric pan, water was given every day about 6 bottles.daily house cleaner.give her a big hand she was very good. location excellent couldnt be better. reading rest of revievs on hear i didnt beleave what they were saying about the lifts. but boy...

“Location is good very near to a metro station and a short to pedestrian district where there are many good restaurants and a few malls. The building is a bit run down. The deco in the room is a bit old but overall it's clean. No fridge unfortunately.”

“광저우 Canton Fair기간중에 방문했었는데 주변 호텔숙박료 대비 저렴하고 위치가 Guangzhou East Railway Station 근처로 교통이 편리한 장점이 있습니다. 서비스 아파트여서 내부에 전자레인지와 세탁기가 구비되어 있고 인덕션과 싱크대같은 주방시설도 있으나 주방도구가 없어서 사용은 못해봤네요. 다만 단점이라면 일반 호텔처럼 조식이 없고, 샤워부스의 배수가 잘 안되서 샤워할때마다 물이 넘치는 단점이 있었어요. 그리고 건물 옆에 군사훈련 시설같은게 있어서 새벽에 시끄럽습니다. ”

“性價比低，除了位置可以之外，其他硬件設施很差。首先熱水爐用電的，跟本不能冲完一個接着一個，第二風筒風好弱，吹個頭吹半小時都未乾，第三居然叉手機是充不了的，必須用酒店提供的收費充電器才能充到，第五，電視開了一整天，都運行不了任何畫面，第五，張床係彈弓床，會感覺到好硬，我真的不會再入住～”

“The beds and towels were not very clean and the apartment had an unpleasant smell when walking in so we had to leave the balcony door open for the whole night. The location is good though as there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than one night.”

“아파텔이라 감안하고 숙박했는데 주변에 음식점이 없어서 아쉬웠음...하지만 메트로(지하철)역이 가까워 매우 편리하게 이동 할수 있었음. 조식은 없으나 건물옆 파조우 호텔에서 조식 먹어봤으나 별로였음(비추) 암튼 그저그랬던거 같음”

“The apartment is great it has a good location really near to many businesses centers. Only the cleaning is really bad, there was a lot of trash under the furnitures and floor, if they do something to get this issue better it will become in my best place for stance.”

“We have to do the check-in at the other building which opposite to the hostel, but it didn’t mentioned before in the hotel information. So we walk many times around the area until the guardian told us. The room is quite big but a little bit dark and dirty. Overall is fine if just stay for a day and that’s nearly the opera house.”

“Toilet was broken. Barely anyone could speak in English to communicate.”

“I wish I could rate this property -100. The property was unclear and dirty when I arrived. I checked out the next day because I couldn't stand the receptionist either, for trying to persuade me to stayed in the property. The pictures online are completely different when I got there. ”

“방이나 거실에 거울이 없었던 것 빼고는 완벽했어요. It was perfect except for no mirror in the outside of bathroom. ”

“Checking in and out took a long time. Not too close to shopping areas (20 minutes walk) but still quite convenient”
