Dear Mr. Ethan,Greetings from iQ Hotel Firenze.We are very surprised to receive your review with such a serious accusation written in ten words and all the paragraph dedicated to the laundry machine display issue.Moreover, you will understand we are even more surprised to find it out through this comment while nothing was reported yesterday upon check out nor during the stay.However, we would like to inform you that we checked in our records and it does not result any breakfast charge on your room bill.Regarding washing machine, we kindly inform you that time displayed actually worked properly the evening you are talking about. The Guest you mentioned, who used the machine after you, came to front desk while your load was on, to ask us information about the laundry facilities and he mentioned another guest was already using it so he would have waited since he saw on display there were 15 minutes left.Then, 20 minutes later same guest called us from his room informing us that the previous load was finished but clothes were still inside, not giving him the chance to use the machine, therefore time matches with machine one and this is the reason why we wrote the display was working properly. After that, we went up and collected your clothes in a laundry basket which we carefully kept at reception, as specified on the sign located in the laundry room and you came by after a little bit to pick everything up.We are sincerely sorry if you did not appreciate something, also because if you would have told us that too, we would have easily and gladly explained what it was.We remain at your complete disposal and we send you Best regards, Lucrezia iQ Hotel Firenze

On the other hand, we regret reading you had issues with parking and we take this occasion to inform you that our internal garage has a few parking slots and, for this reason, the possibility of parking inside depends on availability upon arrival.When you arrived, our garage was actually full but, every guest is free to take his own car to go out of town and return the evening, this is the reason why during the day garage may look empty.We are sure you agree that, if upon check in there is availability in the internal garage, we have to keep the slot for that guest's car for the entire stay, even if a guest is out for the day by car; otherwise, it would not be nice on guest's behalf and also difficult in terms of organization.Moreover, kindly note that internal garage and external garage rate is the same and it is honestly in line with other garages in town, located inside the restricted area (ZTL).However, every guest can choose a different parking solution, that may better suits his needs, also in terms of price.We thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcoming you back again in the future. Dear Mr Soohuk,We are very sorry to read your comments which, however, we expected. We confirm that unfortunately it is not possible to book a room for three people and check in with five people. There are rules that we must respect and that we cannot fail to take into consideration. Despite your attitude at check-in, we made ourselves immediately available to find an alternative solution, also giving you the possibility to find an alternative accommodation and cancel your reservation free of charge if the solution offered was not to your liking. You agreed to stay in our hotel but, evidently, the effort made to find a solution to the problem was not appreciated. We hope that, with greater calm and knowledge of the laws, you can understand the reason that prevents a hotel from letting five people sleep in a double room: hotels have occupancy limits for their rooms based on fire codes, safety regulations, and guest comfort.
