“We loved our stay at this resort. We found the staff very helpful and kind. I felt that they were prompt and the food options were amazing. Everything on the resort was convenient and easy to use. The valet was a wonderful option and very helpful. The only downfall was crowding and traffic during weddings and/or prom events on the weekend. I found that the resort was clean, however, some visitors would leave trash on the beach. ”

“Property was as shown. Older property however, well kept, clean and right on the beach. We stayed in a studio, oceanfront. Plenty enough room for 2 adults. ”

“The staff was welcoming at check in. Room was cleaned. The bar and patio was nice to watch the derby. Only con would be the food service, should reconsider packaging because made the fries soggy. Also the tenders were dry. Other than that beautiful stay.”

“Beautiful, relaxing, and great stay at the Diplomat Hollywood Beach Resort. Our room was exactly what I reserved for, 19th Floor Oceanview with Balcony. Perfect level with a great view at eye level . Staff is very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Eugene from Bell Service, very nice and helpful. The only issue I found and it’s important, the rooms are not well cleaned. Found pretzels on the floor under desk when we checked in. Also, I happened to still be in the room when I saw one...

“Service was great! Really clean property and you can tell it was recently renovated. I do miss however, the unlimited drink choices at cocktail hour. I understand the change, but really takes away from what embassy suites was known for. Besides that everything was perfect great clean and I would definitely return. ”
