I am teaching German exchange students at university in Korea and I have so much things to tell them when I get back to school.
Giggling in German in front of a customer who speaks English and requested to change the room because of elevator noise (there were other rooms away from the elevator and I made a reservation of a suite room two months before). Even if the staffs were talking about other issue to laugh about, do you really have to do that time when a customer did not feel well due to the inconvenience which they could've prepared in advance? And plus the room was so cold even though I changed the temperature up to the highest point. Only cold wind blew up. I chose the suite room to have quiet and private place to take a good rest after long hours travelling. I just cant forget the giggling or laughing whatever they did when I politely asked.. The attitude was not kind and not considerable. When others asked same issue with coldness, they simply told them to raise the temperature. Plus, the bottles of water are supposed to be refilled everyday as they left a note obviously, but I had no water for whole day. Maybe mate was not happy about the tip I left? Not enough? Or I shouldve not left any? I just wanted to be quiet and alone when esp I have troubles getting used to a new place. That's why I chose suite room, the best one. It was the worst stay ever so that I checked out early altho I have 2 nights more left. Such a remarkable stay I will never forget.
