여행 최초로 가자마자 집에 오고 싶은 숙소는 처음입니다 방 컨디션이 정말 최악입니다 머리카락이 뒹굴고 헤어드라이어와 히터는 고장 ㅠ 더이상 말하고 싶지도 않은 그런 숙소였습니다

가성비 좋은 호텔이나. 보증금 200달러를 돌려받지 못했음. 전화로 요청했을시에는 시드니에 있는 나에게 호텔와서 받아가라 했으며, 이메일로 western union 서비스를 이용하여 보내달라고 며칠전에 요청했으나 회신없음. 지금 단돈 200달러 받으러 시드니에서 골드코스트까지 애들 데리고 갈까 고민중.

직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 그리고 수영장도 괜찮았어요. 넓진 않아도 수심이 은근히 되더라구요. 위치도 골드코스트 메인 해변과 그리 멀지 않습니다. 도보로 걸어다녔어요. 다만, 생각보다 룸이...작더라구요. 생각보다...ㅎ 객실 내 세탁기나 건조기는 없었습니다. 2층(실제는 3층정도)에 머물랐는데, 여기 층만 발코니가 좀 넓더라구요. 그래서 다른 윗층들의 물건(수영복, 수건 등)이 가끔 떨어져 내립니다 ㅋㅋ 암튼 다음에 골코를 또 간다면 흠..다른곳을 찾아볼듯요. 아무래도 객실 내 세탁기 유무(물놀이 비율이 많다면)랑 객실 크기가 조금 충격이어서요..

전체적으로 좋음. 욕조는 없지만 샤워기가 분리되어 사용하기 편했고 직원들도 친절함. 꼭 가고싶은 관광지가 대교통은 시간이 오래걸리고 우버 어플이 없어 택시를 불러달라고 했는데 직원이 택시비는 우버 두배라며 개인 계정으로 우버 불러줌. 단지 위치가 언덕이라 숙소를 왔다갔다 하는데 힘듦.

We booked fro two nights with ocean view at this facility, the view from my room was spectacular and friendly staff but the hotel is dated, carpet is dirty in the room and hallway.

Close enough to central Surfers Paradise to be an easy walk, far enough away to avoid the noise. Light rail almost right outside. Close to the beach. Great views from the room.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were not the nicest. The room did not look like the photos at all, and some of the views were very average (from the 8th floor). I did expect more with what we paid. Convenient location though and easy to get Ubers to travel around and food deliveries! Buffet breakfast was really good, pool area looked nice too (didn’t actually use it).

Pool setup was really nice with a tropical feel. Great size. Centrally located, buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Personally, I would aim for the 2-bedroom setup next time. The single room with the 2 double beds sharing with the kids was a bit of a squeeze (not the fault of the resort).

We had a great stay, everything was clean, staff were friendly. Location great. My only criticism is the limited parking and that we had to pay additional fees on top of our room to be able to park at the hotel. Generally paying for parking will deter my hotel Choice however I did not check prior and I was unable to cancel. All in all, if parking situation was better 5/5!

We stayed there for 5 nights during the new year and we had the best stay. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We’re always met with service with a smile. The kids love the pool. We’re within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay there again.
