Everything about the hotel was great! It's very nice! Our only complaint was that the pool and hot tub had way, way too much chlorine in them. It hurt our eyes and made them water. Otherwise, it was very nice!

Wonderful staff - we stayed during an awful snow storm with family - they had staff cleaning off cars in the mornng! Everyone was so friendly excellent service in bar area and for breakfast !

This Hilton is ok. It was close to the university and made it very easy to visit our adult children. However the property is in need of so repairs. There was no maid service. I was this until our second day when I asker why our room was not cleaned. They we ran out of coffee the second day no came to restock our room. At night cars raced up and down the beltline so it was very noisy.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you had, we do offer maid service every other day, unless a guest would like service daily you would just have to let us know at check in.

The room was not fully cleaned. Found a dirty sock and a used plastic cup on the floor by the bed. Room smelled like dirty feet. Room above me made terrible noise like jumping up and down on the floor from 10pm to midnight. Made it tough to fall asleep.

Housekeeping was all backed up such that at check in (ie. after 3 pm, we arrived at 3.10) no rooms were ready and we were fifth in line. We needed to get ready to leave for a wedding at 4.30. Had I not been so insistent the clerk would not have offered me the ADA room and we would have been late. While I appreciate her having done this clearly something was amiss that afternoon.

Expedia submitted our reservation and the hotel was able to log it into their system. We didn’t have to wait around for Expedia like last time. It went smoothly and the hotel was super clean.
