Aloha, Montage Kapalua Bay strives each day to fulfill all guest expectations. We do apologize for falling short. Our resort does have a program for insect control as does every hotel in Hawaii. Being in the tropics has its challenges. We have since increased our program to be proactive in our process. We want to always make things right during your stay and unfortunately we were not able to fully do that.
