블랙락 비치(스노쿨링 명소로 반드시 하셔서 다양한 어종들 만나보시길 추천드림)와 쇼핑과 먹거리의 천국인 whalers village(왠만한거 다 살 수있음+monkey와 기억은 안나는데 무슨 Grill이라는 레스토랑 겸 바도 좋습니다.) 와도 걸어서 5분 거리에 있습니다. 아주 좋은 위치와 다른 어느 호텔보다도 내부 뜰에서 여유로운 분위기의 호캉스를 누릴 수 있습니다. 또한 좀 오래된 측면도 있다고들 하시나 가장 하와이다운 호텔로 선정되었으며 체크아웃할때의 직원들의 환송과 TiKi레스토랑의 디너 20%할인(반드시 코스나 디저트 할 필요 없음)과 더불어 9달러 샐러드의 소스맛은 와이프가 푹 빠져서 몇번이고 맛있다고 말할만큼 좋았습니다. 2박 3일의 일정을 소화하고 내일 오하우로 떠나지만 마우이에서의 할레이칼라와의 강렬한

서양인을 응대할때의 태도와 동양인을 응대할때의 태도가 너무 다름 어짜피 영어 이외 다른 언어로 말하지 않는다는거 알고 있는데 앞 사람은 10분 넘게 설명하면서 우리한테는 고작 1-2분!! 숙박시설 이용에 대한 설명을 잘 해주지 않음 (앞 사람 설명할 때 듣기는 했지만.. 너무 무시하는 태도 너무 맘에 들지 않음

This was our third stay at Kaanapali Beach Hotel. It is such a wonderful property. After driving around the island, there is no doubt that this is our favorite hotel. Everyone is so nice, and helpful. It has such a laid back atmosphere, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be returning to Maui, and when we do, we will be staying here again.

We stayed in the renovated rooms and they were really nice. Everything was amazing except that we were pushed to upgrade our room for a partial ocean view because when we arrived at our hotel at 3:40 we were told “we’re not sure when it will be ready, we can’t make any promises but you can upgrade and get another room right now.” It’s not our fault that the cleaning services were late. We were so jet lagged that we stupiyaccepted the ‘upgrade’ which I saw 1/4 of the ocean for an additional $30 a night. I would stay here again but I felt taken advantage of.

Pleasant atmosphere; friendly, helpful staff. One issue we had was, after requesting to be away from high traffic areas, we were given a room that WAS in a high- traffic area near the elevator and ice machine and vending machine. Then we were put in a position of having to negotiate for a better location for an upgrade fee. Subsequently, we wondered if that was the only option despite our observation that there were apparently many available rooms during our stay. That put a slight damper on our stay. Otherwise, we had agood time!

To be very in depth, the resort was great, the staff were always great and upbeat They do like to itemize every single little thing, which is a common thing with resorts these days, but kind of wish someone would just throw those “fees” up front. Feel like it’s a little silly you could use lawn chairs freely around the resort but 20ft away at the beach area you can’t touch the 200 they have stacked without payment. Maui brewing company was subpar service but had little to do with the resort staff, my wife was quick to point out no males can come in off the beach and order a drink without a shirt on, but there will be 10 bathing suits sitting at the bar. Overall we loved the resort and staff, it’s located exceptionally well, peaceful, but with quick access to shopping, food, and excursions too

Overall is good, and can be excellent if : 1. Parking can be made complimentary. Afterall, the location of the hotel is not Times Square, and lands are ample 2. There is no baby cockroach, which we found in the bathroom

I usually visit Oahu twice a year and decided to give Maui a try. I thought nothing could top Oahu but I was wrong. I absolutely loved everything about my trip and I think a huge reason was this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and even remembered my name. Helene at front desk was especially great. Room was clean and newly renovated. The beach was so beautiful, gardens and hammocks offered were so nicely kept, also great restaurant and store on site. You definitely get your moneys worth booking this resort. What I also really loved about this resort was the free cultural activities offered. I was able to make my own lei and it was such a great experience. Overall this hotel is so amazing and I cant wait to visit again.

Well maintained and friendly staff. Amazing view from our room. Quiet location considering the amount of guest. Only one problem we had was half the parking near handicap was closed due to painting which made parking for mobility impaired guest challenging. Otherwise what a great resort. Will definitely choose again our next Maui visit.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely phenomenal - everyone from the front desk, the cultural center, housekeeping was so kind, super helpful and obviously passionate about sharing the culture. The educational experiences included with your resort stay are a must (especially if you have littles but even without). The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the easy (less than 5 min.) walk to Whalers Village means that food options and shopping are mere steps away. The grounds are immaculate - the rooms are clean & well designed. Absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT. It’s a hotel That charges a resort fee. The hotel was nice. Staff was amazing. Location is convenient BUT the hotel has no amenities. The pool is ALWAYS cold (sometimes freezing) and there are no umbrellas, so you are always running from the sun because there is no shade either. There is no pool bar/drinks or attendant. A huge plus, The beach is literally steps away. There are quite a few displaced locals staying at the hotel. It was nice to see them enjoying themselves. There are other fancier resorts in walking distance, if you want to get the extra amenities. Parking is not included but the valet attendants were very nice and quick.

The staff was wonderful from Victoria at the front desk to Lyn in housekeeping. Property was clean and quiet. We very much enjoyed our time at Outrigger and would come back should we return to Maui.

First time ever going to Maui and it didn’t disappoint! Amazing views and beautiful weather! I went golfing and that was a great time!

This was our first time to Maui and staying in the Lahina area turned out to be a great decision. Maui Brewing is on site, you’re right on the beach and under a 5 minute walk to Whalers Crossing with has great restaurants and shopping. The staff was above and beyond. There are daily activities (included) along with a departure ceremony where the staff wishes you a safe journey and return in the future. Also every day at 11:30 then entire staff sings Hawaiian songs which was a nice touch.
