룸청소를 두번이나 요청(체크인 시, 텍스트) 잊어버려서 안 해줬어요. 벽 간 소음도 좀 있고 베개는 울퉁불퉁하니 전혀 안 편해요. 클럽룸 예약했는데 첫 날 오후엔 먹을 간식이 없었어요. 아침에 채우고 리필은 없는 듯. 1층 코인세탁 후 건조기 두 번이나 돌렸는데 전혀 안 말라서(9달러 버림) 근처 코인세탁소를 가서 해결했어요. 룸에 작은 크기지만 도마뱀도 출현하고 ..못 잡았어요. 금고 사용법이 안 써 있어서 락킹돼 사람 불렀는데 오는데 50분 걸렸어요. 슬리퍼 없고 칫솔은 요청 시 줘요. 물은 탄산수 제공. 발레파킹 온리에요.

트롤리가 바로 앞에 있습니다. 첫날 도착하시면 2불 내고 트롤리로 시내중심부를 돌면 좋습니다~ 트롤리 관광이 좋다면 10분 걸어가 티겔러리아에서 예약한 뒤 움직이면 좋을 듯~ 호텔 앞 비치도 와이키키 못지 않습니다. 한 15분 걸아가면 되구요ㆍ에그앤띵스 도 가까이 있어요

시내 한복판에 있어 접근성이 좋다. 해변까지 도보 20분, 알라모아나 백화점까지도 도보 20분 정도 걸린다. 객실은 채광이 좋고 습하지 않아 쾌적하다. 4층의 수영장이 공사중이라 이용할 수 없었던 점이 아쉽다.

Pretty great place. It’s definitely a don’t judge its book by its cover type of place. Stayed here for 5 days. The staff are friendly and work hard to accommodate you. Got a nice room on the 16th floor which had 2 amazing views and the balcony was satisfying to relax on. The sauna was amazing. I know the hotel is working on renovations; my only suggestion would be for them to consider a bigger gym area and the pool side needs to be a little more esthetically pleasing. Apart from that, my stay was pretty great!

3泊させてもらいました。 フロントの方は、日本語を話せる人は 1人の女性しかおらず、カタコトでも 英語を話せないとかなりやり取りに 苦労すると思います。英語を喋れない人に対して 決して優しくはないフロントでした。(2024/4\1-3夜中担当の笑顔が優しい男性は本当に親切でした) 設備としては、シャワー🚿室の 作りが悪い。 トイレの方までびしょ濡れになる作り。 氷のサーバーが一階のランドリー奥で 怖い場所にあるから、子供や女性1人では 行かないで。あれは、場所を変えた方が良い。 部屋のコーヒーメーカーが 壊れていたのが残念。 軽食ができる ポンキーポッドルームを使用できるという あえて高い部屋を選んで宿泊したのに いつでも行けるわけではなく、 火曜の夕方17-18時の1時間限定で その時間に帰れる日がなかったので 結局無駄にしてしまった。 予約する際にその説明がないのは不親切。

Things look nice from a distance, but there is mold growing in the base of the shower at the caulk line and the bathroom sink’s caulk is half way deteriorated and has an entire edge exposed. Valet misplaced our rental car key, but staff was very proactive in searching for it and trying to get us where we wanted or needed to go. We stayed for a week and interacted with numerous employees and all were very friendly.

I was a little disappointed because I didn’t get the amount of beds I asked for but the accommodation and the view somewhat made up for it. And the extra expenses weren’t expected but over all staff and ballets were great

I liked that there was a park nearby. It’s an old hotel that they tried their best to make look nice. The pool is tiny. The hot tub is broken and has a crappy piece of plywood over it that’s warped and peeling. A kid could fall through there easily. The pool bar closes @ 6:30 but the pool closes @ 8:30. The cheapest mattresses you could find. You can feel every spring. The pillows aren’t pillows. More like a bag with socks in it is the best way to describe it. I broke out in a rash all over my body. Maybe the detergent they’re using? $45 a day if you want to park at their crap hole and there’s no where else to park. They have towel hooks in the bathroom that are literally hanging by tape. They all fall off. The furniture looks like it came from a goodwill. With parking and “resort fees” be prepared to pay an extra $670 a week. Don’t be tricked by the low cost on Expedia because they’re going to charge you once you get there and have no other options. I would never stay at again nor recommend this place.

The hotel was nice, the valet parking was convenient, but the pillows were pathetic and the beds were okay. The sliding door for the bathroom is a terrible idea when sharing a room with other people. There was a huge gap along the sides of the door. There was also only 2 towels in a room booked for 4 people. The towel hanger fell off of the wall because it was put on with double sided tape… The staff was super friendly and helpful. Valet was nice, but costs $47 a day. There’s a mini fridge but no microwave or coffee available, those should be standard freebies these days, in my opinion.

The reason why I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is because while we stayed for 5 nights, Housekeeping never came by to clean our room that had a kitchenette (and we used it regularly to prepare food). Finally I texted the front desk and they confirmed they'd send someone to our room the next day to clean (4th day of our stay). We left the property before 9am and returned at 3pm that day, and our room had still not been serviced. 20 minutes after we returned, there was a knock on our door to only ask us if we needed anything, and I took some towels and went around putting the trash in one large bag and handed it to the housekeeping staff member. There was clearly no intention to clean. On top of zero housekeeping at this hotel, the shower was clogged; we couldn't take a shower over 5 minutes or the water would go over the edge and flood the bathroom. Please be aware of the approx. $45/day resort fee $45/day valet fee that you pay on top of what you pay on Expedia. There's no other parking in the area. This is not a 4-star hotel.

Contrary to what the website and Expedia might say, this is not a luxury property. While the hotel is clean and comfortable, I cant understand how it could be listed as a 4 star resort. The pool area is tiny and the hot tub was boarded up with old plywood. I was excited to use the sauna with park view, but there was a homeless man asleep right outside the window and it was a bit of a turn off. Our Gold Kitchenette had a single burner, a small fridge and a microwave. We did not have a table or chairs, so we really didn't make use of the kitchen other than to pop microwave popcorn and heat up our coffee. It was dissapointing, as dining out is so expensive in Hawaii, we had planned to prepare and enjoy at least one meal a day in our room. Our balcony had a great view of the treetops and city, but also a very loud air conditioning unit. Initially we could not enjoy this space as there was no seating, but I inquired about getting some chairs after seeing some of the other rooms had them and the hotel did deliver. The beds are meh... and pillows are square, but overall the room was attractive and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and daily maid service. Unfortunately, the bathroom door is a barn door style that does not provide any privacy. We were traveling with our teenagers, so I had to rig up a blanket to fill the opening and create the illusion of a privacy. It is an odd set up. Overall, don't expect too much. Hotel La Croix is just a good budget hotel.

Incompetent, untrained staff. Only "ocean view" in "Oceanview"room from the hallway. No privacy n bathroom. No bedlamp. No standing lap.No bedside table. Only one chair. No room instructions. (Good valet & maids). Inoperable TV. Incompetent maintenance staff. No shelf storage. No closet storage. No hooks for clothes. No meals as represented. Tiny gym. Inadequate "breakfast"

Run down. The hot tub was out of service, the sauna was out of service. The shower did not drain. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. The advertised restaurant was gone.

This property was quiet good but did have a few major issues. The location is AMAZING. If we don't stay at this Hotel again we will stay in the area. It's great. Dining, shopping, close to the beach, transportation right outside, really all you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. If we had an issue they fixed it as quickly as possible. The pool is very nice, and the Monkeypod Lounge very helpful although it runs out of stock very quickly. The big issues are some important things however. The beds are not good at all, barely acceptable to be honest. Very uneven and springy, they have definitely seen better years. We woke up from our king bed with aches and pains daily. The pillows are less than acceptable. Calling them pillows is a stretch. I wish I had brought a pillow with me because the pillows are terrible. The place was clean for the most part but we did find a piece of licorice on the floor behind the couch when we were looking for an outlet. I am not sure if we would stay at this exact hotel again although we would consider it. I would bring my own pillows next time.

Rooms were small and very noisy. You could heard all the noises above and on sides of you. The bathroom was tight and small. Beds seemed cleaned but definitely not worth the price.

The hotel is great. You have ocean views and can walk the main strip easily from your hotel for shopping beach and restaurants. The staff are very good and make you feel welcome and we would stay there again.
