좋은 위치, 부대시설을 갖춘 인스부르크 호텔
위치는 말할 필요도 없이 최고였고, 넓은 객실도 좋았습니다! 사우나, 수영장등의 호텔 부대시설도 잘 이용했습니다. 다만 조식이 약간 아쉬웠어요!

그런대로 깨끗하고 편안해요 완전 깨끗하진 않아요 시설은 괜찮아요. 괜찮은 3성정도. 커피 맛없어요. 침대 약간 불편했어요.

강추입니다.가격대비 대 만족입니다 특별히 아침식사때 커피서비스는 최고였어요.커피를 두번째 시켰을때 따뜻한 크림을 또 가져왔어요.커피에 따뜻한크림 넣으라고요 굉장히 바쁜시간이었는데도요 더 좋은호텔도 묵어봤지만 감동이었어요. 팁을 주려헀더니 극구 사양하면서 손님이 만족하셔서 자기네도 만족한다고요 전체적으로 괜찮았어요 staff 들도 다 친절하고 방과욕실도 깨끗했어요 위치는 굉장히 좋읍니다 다음에 혹시 가려해도 이호텔에 묵겠읍니다

구시가지, 노르트케트반과 가까워 관광하기 좋네요.
구시가지, 노르트케트반 등과 가까워 관광하기 좋습니다. 호텔 앞에 인 강변도 흐르고~, 쇼핑하기도 좋고.. 다만 인스부르크 중앙역에서 걸어가기에는 좀 머네요. 거리가 있어 트램타서 조금 걷거나, 택시를 이용해야 할 듯.. 전체적으로 깔끔하고, 가장 큰 장점은 무려 전기포트가 있었다는.. ^^ 혹시 인스부르크 놀러가시면 이 호텔 추천드립니다

위치 정말 좋아요. 조식 부페 맛있고 직원들 아주 친절해요. 호텔에서 자전거 빌려 인강가로 타고 다닐 수도 있어요,

Hotel Innsbruck는 구 시가의 인강 다리 바로 앞에 위치하여 관광에 아주 좋은 위치에 자리하고 있다. 몇개의 건물로 이루어져 복도가 구불구불 이어지나 객실은 비교적 쾌적하고 조용했다. 건물 꼭대개층에 사우나가 있어 저녁시간에 관광에 지친 몸을 추스리며 휴식하기에 아주 좋았다. 특히 이용객이 많지 않아 한적한 것이 더욱 좋았다.

Great location, amazing staff (in particular Mr. Faris). The rooms are nice and the hotel offers a variety of great services like swimming pool, sauna and a very good restaurant. We will definitely come back again.

Comfort with style in Innsbruck
From being welcomed to ‘our house’ at check-in to leaving this morning the Das Innsbruck team were phenomenal. The hotel has been designed to provide an excellent guest experience with a nice cosy bar area, an excellent restaurant and our bedroom was lovely.

I have environmental dust allergies and have never had a problem at several other hotels around the globe. However, this hotel was visibly dirty with the sheets and bedsheets looking like they’ve never been washed. When I politely asked for my sheets to be changed, I was lied to and said they were changed when they were just folded back. The staff was excessively dismissive and the rooms were cramped with no normal amenities. I got so sick from the dirty room that it ruined my entire trip, never stay here.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es gut, mit Abzügen
+: die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war toll, Pool war sehr schön. Wir waren auch mit einem Säugling und man hatte das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein -: Zimmer war nicht das neueste, den Fotos nach zu urteilen sollte es moderner sein. Such der Teppichboden ist etwas schwierig... leider konnte die Heizung nicht gesteuert werden, das wirde auf den Zimmern deaktiviert, generell war es aber sehr kalt, vor allem wenn man mit Säugling unterwegs ist (positiv war aber, dass man uns auf Nachfrage eine Heizung zur Verfügung gestellt hat)

Nice location, but traffic challenging with construction. Parking is also challenging. We parked in the suggested lot across the street... several flights of stairs/no elevator....

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful, Camille the lady at the front desk helped explain things held our luggage for 3 hours so we could check out the town until our check-in. She provided a map to show us how to get around and explained our welcome cards for the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast we had include in the stay was way beyond anything we have experience in any other country or even the USA. Thank you to all for making my husband's 50th birthday so wonderful and special.

Für den Preis war mehr zu erwarten. Pool/Spa eher enttäuschend. Beim Frühstück hat es eine Ewigkeit gedauert, bis nachgefüllt wurde. Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

The parking garage we had to stay in for the hotel closed it’s doors from 6pm Saturday until Monday morning, we almost got our car stuck for 2 days.

The location of the hotel was good. It is right across from the colorful houses and a few steps away from town. Unfortunately, the room had a terrible musty and moldy smell. The hotel provided an ionizer which seemed to worse the problem. The breakfast was average and disappointing. Overall, it was not worth the money.

The hotel has the best views of the mountains and river, just next door to the sites, restaurants and shops and easy walk to the train station. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast, very clean room and spacious. I highly recommend Innsbruck hotel and would stay there again.

What a lovely hotel just steps from the water and the Old Town area. The room was beautiful with a seating bench in front of the windows for a wonderful mountain view. Breakfast was amazing, there was so much to choose from. We used the saunas, ( there are 3 different ones) and enjoyed that very much. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the getting in and out of the hotel parking lot, however I can't really blame the hotel on that one since it's right by the Old Town and space is limited. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Innsbruck again.
