Excellent location close to everything (a few min walk to the nearest metro station "Arkhitektora Beketova", 10 min walk to the Opera House and Schevchenko Park, there are also a few fast food restaurants including McDonald's nearby). “The hotel was clean overall, but extremely small rooms, very small shower, there isn’t a Safe in my room, I was worried to leave my money and documents and credit cards and jewelry when I was leaving the hotel. They didn’t have an elevator and I have to carry my very heavy luggage up and down to the 3rd floor on a very high stairs and it was very huge problem. “Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”
