깨끗하고 좋아요.
아주 깨끗하고 훌륭한 숙소였어요. 저희는 가족이 와서 7박했는데, 가격은 좀 비쌌지만 가족이 왔으니 어쩔 수 없지요. 두개의 방을 묶어서 한 방처럼 쓰는 family suite였는데 화장실도 두개라서 유용했어요. 아침밥이 맛있고, 저녁식사는 일반 메뉴를 시키면 아이들꺼는 무료에요. 아이들 메뉴를 많이 시키고, 어른 메뉴 한두개 시키면 밖에서 먹는 것보다도 저렴해서 좋았어요. https://youtu.be/ifmgJSzyKTU

Everything about staying at this property is good. I've been in seven countries in five weeks on this trip and this was the most comfortable bed of all hotels. The buffet breakfast was really good - I spent an hour at breakfast every morning and it cost the equivalent of 10 Euros. I could walk to most things in the city which is very spread out.

THE BEST HOTEL/INN
This hotel is great:)) I got a suite on the 10th floor:)) well worth the extra $40 a night. Living room, 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage. I love the mini fridge that is stocked daily with drinks and candy (it's the little touches like this that make me happy) The "Professional Cleaning Team" are awesome. The Breakfast is great - so much to choose from and delicious. Go ahead and add breakfast to your hotel stay, you are not going to find a better breakfast for $11. All the employees work hard here so please leave a little tip for each service. I can assure you they will be "Shocked" tipping is not the norm in Ukraine.

Hotelausstattung sowie Zustand des Hotels sind sehr gut, es liegt nahe am Stadtzentrum, Bett ist bequem, Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und frisch mit vielen warmen Gerichten. Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Mehrere Flaschen Mineralwasser im Zimmer jeden Tag, Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Tee sind vorhanden. nicht so gut : nach dem Duschen steht das Badezimmer unter Wasser da die Trennwand unterdimensioniert ist.

I was impressed with the hotel . I wanna say it seems more high end than I expected from Holidays Inn. Was very impressed with the staff , super friendly. And 24/7 room service. So comfortable for tired travelers who specially had long flights and too tired to go out. The food is nice as well.
