내 생에 라스베가스 여행
체크인 할 때에는 많이 기다쳤지만 그 만큼 좋은 곳이라 많은 사람들이 찾는 것 같습니다. 깨끗하고 여유있는 공간이였고, 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 3일간의 라스베가스 여행이 참 좋은 기억으로 남을 듯 합니다.

Great place to stay, next to the High Roller Wheel. Executive Suite was not worth the money when you get a cracked toilet that was not properly repaired and leaked.

Horseshoe took over Bally's but didn't update the hotel. Still has gross wallpaper and stained carpet. Room sheets were stained. Chipped furniture. I was disappointed since I heard it was "remodeled" but there was no appeal visually. There is zero privacy between bathroom and bedroom area; sounds through bathroom (especially the loud flushing) goes directly through walls. If you don't like smoke, don't even attempt to go through casino here; the smell saturates through your clothes. Hotel is centrally located on the strip. Check in and out was extremely easy; staff were very pleasant.

Great service and in an excellent area. The room was spectacular with a great view; the only problem I really had was the Wi-Fi, it wasn’t good and we were only allowed to connect 2 devices.

When we got in to the hotel we were a bit shook up from an unfortunate and very scary cab experience. A very special young man took me under his wing with kindness and care. He upgraded our room to a perfect view of the Sphere and told me things were going to be fabulous! Thanks to the Horseshoe for hiring so well!
