“Inconvenience of claiming flights of stairs daily. Needed several repairs during a 1 month stay. Needed auxillary power several times. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located adjacent to San Juan's main street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. Fresh water was available on request, and the Wifi and air-conditioning were all very welcome! The allied restaurant served relatively high-quality food, and the portions were...

“Unfortunately Jolitosplace is not open at present. I arrived late in the evening to find it padlocked shut. The local villagers tried to help me, but they discovered that the hotel owner is away and their hotel is not open for business. Fortunately they helped me find alternative accommodation. I am now trying to get a refund as full payment was taken online, despite the hotel being closed for business. It should not be listed on hotel.com”

“For being quite pricy the accommodation (double room) was very simple. As we only stayed for one night we can’t say anything about the social life there, but it looked quite social. The host were very nice and let us sleep in after the check out time as we got in very late that night.”

“The actual facilities vs online views are bad. The pool as advertised was not functional. As advertised, no free breakfast, just pay at the site..however no kitchen available...no food available.”

“방에 샴푸 비누도 없다. 에어컨 전원도 밖에 나가서 켜야한다.화장실 비좁고 변기 바로옆에서 샤워해야한다. 위치가 안좋아서 찾기가 무척 어렵다. 내가 비운 사이 낮에 방에 침입한 흔적이 있다. 현관등을 끄고 나갔는데 돌아오니 켜져있는 것으로 알았다.가져온 현금이 200dollar가량 줄어있어서 여기 관리자들이 의심스럽다. 하지만 찾을길이 없으니 포기했다...”

“I stayed at GTC for a total of 3months and had the absolute best stay! The staff is efficient, professional and kind and the rooms are spacious and very clean. GREAT VALUE overall. Would definitely stay here again if back in TC ”
