This was a good, quiet airport hotel. It's very busy, given the proximity to the airport, but fine for an overnight stay as we had an early flight.

The outside of the hotel looked a bit run down but the inside is fabulous. Our room was perfect. The only complaint I had was the bus service to the hotel from Terminal 3 was £6.80 each.

The hotel was very nice and surprisingly quiet. The only problem we had was getting there. I think an Uber or Taxi would be the best options.

Very convenient when flying out of Heathrow. Staff was exceptionally nice. Transportation very convenient. Restaurants had good selection and waiters were excellent

Great staff, very attentive. Very clean. Rooms need a bit of updating - a plug in the bathroom would be nice and lighting needs to change - impossible to put on make up - all shadows all dim.

Overall I liked the hotel, but from the outside it is difficult to see that the hotel is so nice, but when you enter the reception you get a much nicer experience, bright and open with good seating groupings. Very good that there is a bus from the hotel to terminals 2,3 and 5 every half hour from early morning to late evening. Fairly nice rooms, but misses more soundproofing from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

First time I booked to fly out the next day from Heathrow airport. Very pleasant stay - next time I'll book earlier in the day so that I can can enjoy the facilities but it makes the flight the next day so convenient and I think it's all for a decent price!

Very close to airport. 5 min by UBER Restaurant had great service and good food. Room was clean and quiet and decent size space. Excellent choice if looking for a hotel at the airport

The only negative was that it wasn’t clear that the shuttle to the airport was extra. Aside from that very nice.

Restaurant at the prosperity mixed up my order and tried to convince me I ordered something else. Staff at reception was very polite but overall experience was just mediocre. This property could highly improved if they have free shuttle to the airport - they don’t. Also most hotels have USB plugins for international travellers - this one didn’t so really not the experience I am usually used to from hotels.

It was convenient and the transfer from to airport is excellent although expensive. Room was fine but the hotel is starting to show its age. Great location if you like planes or are travelling in and out of Heathrow. Limited menu but reasonably priced. Staff are good. Rooms clean.

Very convenient to Heathrow but view mainly of airport and traffic. Limited restaurants of $$ or $$$. Several Indian restaurants and high end restaurants. A traditional fish and chips was closed on Sunday.
