Good stay at Room Zzz
A cozy room with cooking utensils and a freezer but poor amenities. Not far from Stratford Station. Friendly staff and good simple breakfast. Good transport.

편리하지만 청소 상태가 아쉬움
장점- 아침 제공, 먹을 걸 해먹을 수 있는 시설이 있어서 좋았음. 시내와 좀 거리가 있지만 바로 앞 버스 정류장이 있어서 괜찮았음 단점- 이불이 먼지가 너무 많음. 청소상태가 엉망이라 바닥에 먼지가 가득한데 슬리퍼도 제공하지 않음. 시트도 따로 요청하지 않으면 갈아주지 않았음. 구석구석 청소가 안되어 있어 먼지가 전체적으로 많아서 불편했음 일회용 제품은 하나도 제공되지 않으니 참고.

good hotel.
bit far from London central 40~50 minutes by tube. The area Stratford, is for Eastern Europe and immigrant from middle east, hard to find local people. Room was clean and tidy, bath room was large. But please do room keeping more carefully and clearly. They do everyday but I could find dust in the room.

시내에선 좀 떨어져 있지만 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있고 호텔도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 아침에 가벼운 조식도 무료로 제공되는 점이 더 좋았습니다.

시내에서 좀 떨어진 위치이긴 하지만 이가격 이 컨디션의 룸이라면 충분히 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 신축건물이라 완전 깨끗하고 방 넓고 코앞에 버스있고, 청결도가 중요한 분이라면 정말로 강추해요

매우 안락하고 합리적 가격
직원분들이 정말 친절하였고 숙소도 매우 안락하였습니다. 위치가 다소 도심에서 멀긴 하지만, Stratford역에서 멀지 않아 편리하게 여행 다녔습니다. 합리적인 가격에 안락하고 좋은 방이었습니다.

A lousy nights sleep. The air conditioning was the noisiest that I have ever experienced meaning the room had to be either stuffy and hot or too loud to sleep. I told reception staff in the morning, but it was obvious rhat they made no note of it, so it would be unlikeky to be addressed. Since my last visit, breakfast has also been cut back to the bone with just plain croissants and tea/coffee. Gone are the pain ou chocolate and gone are the yogurts. It is now massively overpriced for what you actually get. I had once been a loyal customer, but no longer. The unsafe comment is about the area after dark rather than the property itself.

I liked the kitchen in the room. It was very useful. The room was clean, lots of light. The bathroom was in good condition. I had a very good sleep. The staff were good and helpful. All in alll a good hotel. I would stay here again.

Short stop in London
Stayed for three nights to go to a nearby event. Very good location, 15 mins walk from the huge Westfield centre and 25 mins walk to the 2012 Olympic village. Hotel was clean and very well run, we loved the complimentary coffee and croissants in the mornings. The hotel is on a major bus route and short ride from underground, overground and DLR transport routes. The staff were discreet and extremely helpful.

Attentive staff at all hours. Late night pizza was very welcome. Stratford Station has all the Tube connections; Stratford City Westfield a retail Mecca with good and plentiful restaurants. West Ham FC and ABBA Arena walking distance.

This is an amazing place to stay although we had a bumpy start with the delay in the room being available, I can not fault the accommodating staff one bit. We will definitely recommend and return, fabulous tentative, friendly staff. Accommodation clean, comfortable and just what we needed.

Everything is nice except that the bathroom can use better ventilation - it’s humid most of the time after use.

Et flott aparthotel beliggende nær både shoppingmuligheter og mange restauranter. Dessverre hadde de problemer med aircondition når vi var der (6. og 7. etasje), så det ble svært varmt på rommet. God service fra resepsjonen og grei 'grab-and-go' frokost.

We were upgraded and the suite was lovely. Great view from balcony over London. Air conditioning was great but during night was too noisy kept you awake. If you turned it off it was too hot. Could have done with jam or marmalade for croissants. The breakfast was lovely otherwise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Close to Westfield and underground links, parking available for £10 per night in their underground car park, breakfast on the go was great. Stayed here before and will stay here again

Es ist halt ein Appartement Hotel und das Frühstück ist dadurch nicht so brillant, aber dennoch akzeptabel. Der Rest ist sehr gut - alles vorhanden was man als Tourist oder Geschäftsreisender braucht.

Väldigt rent och fräscht och nyrenoverade ganska stora rum. Hjälpsam personal. Lugnt och tyst område ca 15 minuter från stationen att gå eller 4 minuter med 2 busstopp. Det ingick en enklare frukost vilket var en positiv överraskning.
