직접 만들어 먹는 조식 와플이 맛있었지만 그 외의 메뉴들은 그냥 그랬어요 스튜디오 형식이라 가족이 머물기 좋았고 다운타운이라 어디든 가긴 편했어요.

다운타운에 최고에 위치한 호텔
NBA 관람을 위해 3박을 했는데 스테이플센터와 3분 거리에 있어 이동이 편했고 경기후 늦은 시간임에도 불구하고 안전한 거리임일 느낄수 있는 곳에 위치한 호텔

카드오픈하고 예약하고 미국갔는데.. 도착해서 키 받아 객실갔더니 제가 예약한 방이 아니더군요... 그래서 내려가서 얘기하니 제가 예약한 방이 없다네요.... 오버부킹해서 객실이 없데요.. 그런데 키 주면서 사전에 설명도 양해도 없었고 그러면 어쩌냐 물었더니 (저희 애가 아파서 열이 나는 상황이었는데요) 전혀 미안하거나 그런 태도도 아니고 너무 당당하게 호텔스 닷컴 통해서 한거니 그쪽에 얘기하랍니다... 해외호텔 정말 많이 이용했지만 정말 이런경우 첨 봅니다... 매우매우 불쾌했지만 객실이 없어 식구 4명이서 침대 하나인 방에서 자고 피해보상도 못받았네요 해외가서 저희 가족과 같이 황당한 일 겪지 마시고 이용하지 마세요.. 좋은 후기보고 선택했는데 후기 전부 믿을것도 아닌것 같습니다.

절대이용하지마세요 지금 현지시각 11시.. 호텔왔는데 방이 없다고해요..예약다하고 카드오픈까지하고 왔는데 이게 무슨 황당한 상황인지.. 기존에 머물던 고객이 연장한다해서 저희 객실을 줬다네요.. 그러면서 미안해하기는 커녕 너무당당하게 호텔스닷컴을 통해한거니 그쪽이랑 해결하랍니다.. 정말 외국여행 많이 다녀봤지만 이런 황당한 경우는 처음보네요.. 절대절대 예약하지마세요.. 저희 가족처럼 이런일 당하실수 있어요.. 호텔스닷컴은 한시간이 넘도록 해결못하고 저희 가족 4명인데 베드 하나인 객실 이용하랍니다.. 너무 화나네요

Staff is always friendly. Every time I’ve stayed they always checked me in early. Would definitely stay here time and time again and recommend to family and friends!

Greetings, I am quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There are dusty lamps, a dirty coffee maker and toaster, a dirty paper towel, stained bath towels, and hair in the bathtub, among other issues. It's my birthday and my first time staying at your hotel, and I am not happy with the quality, especially considering what I paid. I addressed the issues with the night manager, but he was typing something while talking to me and seemed not really focused/sincere (not showing full attention). Sincerely, Cristy

Very nice experience for our kids they loved the hotel complimentary breakfast! We checked in late at night and staff was very short and not too welcoming. Valet was a bit pricey and also had bad customer service etiquette. On the other hand our suite was great! It had all the amenities and beds were comfy after a long travel.

We came on a Saturday night and there were a bunch of party goers in the lobby eating food from the food trucks across the way. It’s a nice property but the fact that anyone can just walk in there to eat food is weird

ソファーベッドを使用しましたが、ソファのクッションの下はとても汚かったです。掃除が行き届いていませんでした。 また、ソファ用の布団、シーツも用意されていませんでした。 スタッフの対応や立地はよかったです。 夜遅くに軽食を購入する事が出来たのは良かったです。 ウォーターサーバーがあると良かったです。

Everything was great in the room service was great my only complaint is upon arrival we checked in at 4pm and I had a reservation for 2 rooms and only 1 room was ready the other room did not become available until 6:30pm almost 7pm and still had to check out at 11am room's were great beds comfortable front desk was very nice and accommodating

The room was spacious and great for our family to sleep and get to a basketball game at Crypto arena was super close and convenient. The pool area was so dark at night wish they had some mood lighting and maybe some outdoor heating lamps and music. The breakfast food was pretty bad. Watered down coffee, barely warm hot items and cheapest tasting bread for toast - the oatmeal was good with a variety of toppings. The shower door in our suitte wouldn't stay shut it kept sliding open. Staff were super friendly and helpful with alternative parking options nearby.

Very pretty and clean on the inside, knowing it’s in the city the surrounding area while dirty was a cool and surrounding was a good urban experience. My family and I loved LA and will be coming back soon. This hotel gave us a great experience staff and all included. Only thing I have to ask is to have more variety for the breakfast options and make it more known as a valet only facility.

The place is beautiful, nearby downtown area a bit sketchy. One thing that i didn't like was the $60 per day parking that the hotel charges, was not clear to me when i booked that parking wasnt included.

Stayed here for one night during trip to catch a hockey game and 6am flight out next day. Pre paid through Expedia and 3 weeks later I see a charge on cc statement from the day we checked out. Called and they said there was damage to room. We didn’t even unpack. I am an avid traveler with so many hotel stays and have never had this happen. No call or email even. I asked why they would not have called or emailed prior or even after charging my cc and they said they have the right to charge my card even without my consent. Beware of extra charges from this hotel after the fact!!
