The rooms were average! The room I had looked like they just threw paint on the walls which seemed poorly done. My room had stains on the counters and the air didn’t properly work. The room was very muggy! I will say that the bed was super comfortable in which I loved. I appreciated the fact that the mattress looked like it had a bed bug cover on it. Made me feel even more comfortable. This property can be very loud with guest at the pools. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Be mindful if you want your room cleaned it’s an additional fee to have it cleaned. You get what you pay for with this property.

I would say that this hotel is for sure meant for the younger audience, dont expect too much, just another average hotel! The staff and pool were about the best thing about this place, the food place beside the hotel was kind of terrible, theres also construction going on for the new clippers arena which caused a lot of noise 24/7. But despite all the cons, id most likely come back to this hotel, it was extremely affordable, not dirty and messy at all, the staff was great and the pool and hot tub were amazing. If you can ignore the teens and young adults running around and making loud noises throughout the night then this is for you!

The evening front desk lady was a true gem. SUPER sweet! All the staff were great. The valet guys were also very kind. The jack hammering and airplanes were a little intense for 24 hours a day. I didn't think much about how close the airport was until we were already there. The noises were definitely not something the hotel could have changed. But still not ideal and will definitely keep me from staying again in the future-which I travel to LA often. As for the safety concerns, when opening the back patio door our front door swings wide open (when locked) from the pressure. Which is okay, but also alarming. The front door (when locked) can also be very easily pushed opened, even with the metal tab lock for extra protection. It pushes right past it. If someone wanted to break into our room they definitely could. As for the random, creepy window in the shower... this was uncomfortable for 3 friends staying on a work trip together. There was a curtain but you could still see everyone's feet. It was just an off added touch to the room. The bar next to the pool was not open. The upstairs patio didn't have furniture. The plants were dead and half the pots were broken. The luxury photos were just not living up the hype in person. All in all, the photos were great online but the actual stay was not living up to it.

Great value hotel. Pool and gym are nice. Restaurant is actually really good and has a decent happy hour. Very convenient if going to events at Sofi, The Forum. Neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, but it’s safe in the stadium complex area.

The parking situation is disappointing, requiring an additional fee of $35 per night, which is unusual compared to other hotels. The staff, however, are pleasant and accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is somewhat unpleasant, possibly due to ongoing roadwork. Additionally, they charge a $150 deposit without prior notification. It would be acceptable if guests were informed before this charge was applied. The hotel is reasonably comfortable considering the price. Overall: 3.

Excellent hotel to spend a couple of nights. The staff is accommodating, the facilities are beautiful and easy to access. As well they provide you with many additional things such as ice, water, coffee, microwave, among others. If I return to LA I will reserve this hotel without any doubt.

The restaurant attached is great. The pool and jacuzzi are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The property is cute and clean. It’s an easy stay close to the event centers. It’s a little on the noisiest side, but with a sound machine, easily remedied.

Front desk stuff are very unprofessional I sat there for ten minutes before I was acknowledged plus my room was ready it’s very noisy aside from the airplanes I hear all the neighbors very clearly I will never come back

The room wasn’t clean. There was spider webs on the restroom lights, the shower curtain was dirty on the inside, and towels has stains on them. Also we were staying in the room that is right next to the restaurant and Oh My Gosh!!! We hated it. You can hear the employees coming in and out of the restaurant. The door was always getting slammed. You can hear the employees complaining with one and other. It was just so loud. I don’t get any sleep the one night we stayed, and I’ll never go back.

Room was clean but we could not watch tv because the internet connection would not stay active we kept having to turn the tv off and on and it was a hassle not having free parking anywhere and self parking is a option on your website and in your check in email

We got a room next to the restaurant and on the first floor next to the valet. It was very noisy. Also, there really isn’t any privacy in the bathroom. There is a sliding door that doesn’t fully close. So there’s always an exposed crack that you can see inside the bathroom. if you are on the bottom floor, you will need to keep your drapes closed the entire time because you are facing the street and the valet the entire time and people are looking in your windows. Otherwise, everyone is very nice. And the adjacent restaurant is excellent and , the people that work at the restaurant are amazing.

Second time here and my first time was a better experience. Only negative thing I have to say about my second time staying at this hotel was that we had no shower curtain in our room. So you can see people showering next to you. Overall pool and the bar next to the hotel were nice to have. We came for a concert in Kia forum and it was very convenient for a walking distance. So if your going to sofi and Kia forum for whatever event I’d choose this hotel just make sure you have a shower curtain l.

It was very strange that there was no parking lot and they had to use valet service. If you leave it for even 4 hours, you have to pay $35! This is big waste. The bed comfort was like a student room. Apart from this, the cleanliness, atmosphere and bathroom details were so nice.
