“I went there with friends we loved this place and we ended up staying there more than we planned it had everything we wanted But Most of all staff are the best sooo friendly and helpful I really recommend this place oh plus we ordered food there with little expectation but the food was the best in Elnido!!!!”

“The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“The only issue we had was with the detergent used for the pillow covers and sheets, which caused my wife to have an allergic reaction. We covered the pillows with tshirts. Ordering breakfast with a little slower than expected as well.”

“Staff were very courteous, cooperative and accommodating. Lyca, Malou, Janice and Rosemarie were very helpful and professionals. Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. I suggested to one of the staff for the management to place side hand-rails or side stairs. As well, room doors are fragile and have no double lock which could easily be kicked and...

“사방비치에서 볼 수 있는 대부분의 호텔에 비해 매우 깨끗하고, 직원의 써비스가 매우 만족스럽습니다. 다만, 시내와의 교통이 불편합니다. 트라이시클을 이용할 수 없어서 바이크를 임대해서 사용해야합니다. 술한잔 하고나면 오토바이 운전자를 고용해야 하는 불편함이 있네요. 이거 빼고는 최고입니다.”

“Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. ”
