Golden Phoenix is a solid 4-star hotel with a 5-star staff. The breakfast buffet is second to none in qualify and selection for the food and well worth the cost. No microwave in the room was the only real issue we felt was missing.

The room is spacious, and clean. But the towels are old and looks rugged. The AC wasn’t working well, it was so hot in the room, that they have to transfer us to another room. The room we were transferred to looks more descent, the towels looks new and not over used and the AC was working well.
