We stay in a recently renovated suite with king bed (The Lighthouse room) that offered plenty of space but no patio or balcony, which was disappointing at first because the description on Expedia indicated it had an outdoor patio or balcony. However, Ohm, the young man at check in, and Rishi, the manager, quickly offered an alternative room that did have an outdoor space. We ultimately stayed in the original suite as we preferred the newly renovated room and location. The bed was comfortable but made a strange sound every time we moved, which was a bit annoying. The mirror in the bathroom was located on a side wall which made it awkward to use, but this was a minor inconvenience. We loved the gas fireplace and the fact that the room had a small refrigerator and Keurig. The continental breakfast was convenient. I would caution management to clear out all the clutter and off season decorations from the very small lobby as that doubles as the breakfast area. All the clutter gives the impression of not being clean and tidy. Christmas colored lights on the outside and some of the statues should be removed to present a more upscale curb appeal. Location is phenomenal as the ocean is just a short 5 minute walk down the street. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and we saw lots of deer as we walked. We had our own e-bikes, but the property offers e-bikes for guests. We biked the 17 mile drive, which was a gorgeous ride with so many photo ops. Local restaurants were outstanding.
