피지에서 행복했던 날들
아이들과 함께 지내기에 친절하고 편안했어요. 좀 오래됐지만 잘 관리되어있고 직원들도 모두 친절했어요. 리조트 내에 프로그램들도 재밌게 되어있어서 아이들이 매일마다 여러가지 참여하면서 물놀이도 실컷하고 신나게 놀고왔어요! 데나라우안이라 불라버스타고 이동도 간단하고 조식도 맛있게 먹었어요!

피지 소피텔 다소 아쉬움
객실/호텔 청결도는 좋으나 리조트 수영장 주변 공사 진행으로 다소 시끄럽고 풀사이드바에서 음식 주문시 누락되어 시간이 오래 걸렸으나 적절한 사과 조치가 미흡함. 피지라는 특수서을 고려하더라도 다른나라 소피텔에 비해 다소 떨어지는 것이 사실임.

There were so many ants in the room, room is kind of small with a small balcony. Adults pool has limited access for certain members, beach is a bit dirty.

Loved our holidays. The slide and swings were great for kids. We loved coconuts and champagne at buffet breakfast.

Good place to stay in, shower place needs a soap holder, I had to soap on the floor then ppick it up again. So.eof the lifts getting outdated, but its ok. Overall good stay, The person serving coconuts for breakfast need to be a bit more friendly and say bula. Apart from that the staff are quiet friendly. Tipped a few waiters as they gave really good service. Breakfast was excellent with good options. Beds were comfortable, room service was good. Room was tidy and they done a god job. Can definitely stay again

Short, But Sweet: Three-Night Stay at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa is an adult and family friendly vacation spot. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation due to the people, service, food, property, location, … During my three-night stay at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, I managed to meet many people and do several activities. The following are some highlights of my short, but sweet vacation at Sofitel: 1. Dining at SUKA and the Bazaar, Tapas (Mahi Mahi) and Créme Brûlee at with Lesi’s spot-on service and a Fijian buffet with Limiva, Alitea and Fijian dancers; 2. Talking with Annie at front desk of the Gym; 3. Doing Pilates with Sammy; 4. Practicing Yoga with Mary; 5. Checking in with Tia at Sofitel front desk of Sofitel; 6. Stand-Up Paddleboarding at Kai Wai Watersports Fiji with Asa and Sera (Thanks for the photos of me!); and 7. Touring Nadi, Fiji by Taxi with Aseri Waqa on my way to the airport.

Fantastic, family friendly hotel. The hotel team are so welcoming and make life very easy. The activities for children and family are excellent, regardless of the weather there is something happening. Fab pool, water slide and proximity to the beach. Family room with bunk was great. Particularly liked being able to check in for return flight at the hotel, including dropping off bags. Made it super simple.

Right from the start we felt well looked after and comfortable. Greeted by Francis at the entrance with our luggage. Tiki gave us a great room upgrade which was both spacious and beautiful. We were allowed to use the relaxing facilities before our room was ready as we arrived a few hours early. Every morning the breakfast buffest was a smorgasbord of food options from the classic bacon and eggs to pastries, cereals, curries and even sushi. Even though there was a shuttle bus to the port it was still a short walk from the resort to the many dinner spots on the island. Overall it was the staff that made our stay an incredible and memorable one so much so we intend on coming back.....sooner than later!

I noticed everything has become expensive eg drinks food same price as Australia the staff ain’t as friendly as they were 15 years ago when we first stayed at the Sofitel but I totally understand why the poor staff are working 12 hrs to 14 hrs shifts to make a living. Would I stay at the Sofitel again the answer no over priced the kids rule the place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with no kids then I strongly don’t recommend the Sofitel

We were in Fiji at another hotel and moved to this property due to a lack of amenities at our original hotel. This property did not disappoint. They take care of literally every detail from pick up at the airport to having a medical clinic right on the resort! the dining options were amazing, there were little stores etc, the beach was so pretty as was the pool, rooms comfortable, and every staff person greeted us with a smile!

THE BEST STAY EVER! We were treated like royalty from the second we arrived to the second we left! Amazing staff and amazing service everywhere we went, such lovely people, big shout out to Silipa for making us guests of the day at check in, was such a nice treat <3 Will definitely be back!

Travelling with 4 and 2.5 year old. Great hotel, staff were great, kids had so much fun on the slide, water park and little warrior experience. Great Denerau hotel, would stay again. This resort was phenomenal in every area! The staff here are genuine and truly went out of their way to meet every need ! Ten out of ten in every area! A HUGE shout out to Vilimaina Lagilagi from housekeeping Savasava Laundry 1 ! She stayed late after her shift to make sure we had our laundry clean and folded for check out the next morning! What a woman!!

Our Sofitel stay was amazing. From the moment we arrived we had the lovely “Ozzy” or “ossy” so sorry if mispronounced your name. He was full of joy and had a beautiful and warm welcoming smile and service for us. The rooms were cleaned a lot during the day which was always so nice coming back to. The breakfast variety was soooo good, on top of that, the staff always smiling and serving us happily. I would just like to add that the ladies who work inside the convenient store at the bottom floor by the stairs could use more friendly service and be approachable rather than standing at the counter giggling and ignoring customers. But a massive thank you to the Sofitel reception staff, breakfast staff, spa staff and the cleaning staff. Definitely coming back because of them

Average standard hotel
Buffet breakfast was nice with lots of choice. Room look clean but I believe there is some pest issues. We stayed at the Room 228 which is very far from the main lobby. We always spot some small fast crawling insects on fridge bench and vanity. We didn’t see this insects in another 5 star hotel in Fiji. The Superior Room Size is small (30sqm) compared with the money we paid. The hotel is very commercial and the staffs are not as nice as another 5 stars hotel that we stayed during this journey. Not many facilities as another hotel. Pool looks good but too many people, I will not come back to this hotel again

Fabulous hotel for families. There are so many activities for the kids and the pool and slide are the best! Friendly staff, so caring towards the children and the service is above and beyond. We left our son's beloved toy on the plane when we arrived, and it was picked up by the Sofitel airport desk from baggage services and hand-delivered to a private transfer driver who gave it to a porter who took it to our room!

Best service in a while
Just a short stop over heading East from Sydney to Dallas and opted for the Fiji Airways flight via Nadi. Couldn't resist an overnight stay. Didnt stray to far from the airport so went for Denarau Island and after a quick trip advisor review check I went for the Sofitel. I should say that my experience of Accor brands is not great and having recently stayed at the Pullman in Melbourne and Sydney airport, which were pretty uninspiring, I was a bit nervous as to what to expect. After 2 days, I am just blown away by the staff here and how nothing is too much to ask and the sincere level of friendless and desire to please. I only really get this level of service at Gili in the Maldives, so have found myself asking staff why they're so happy (maybe it's a fiji secret you can bottle and take home!). I stayed at the adult only club with just all the amenities - they really do think of everything down to factor 20 sun cream! Have to say thanks to the team at the beach club and Annie is just a lovely human being! Not many places I can say I will go back to but Sofitel Denarau Island for the service, I definitely will!

Maybe our expectations were too high, but many of basics weren't done or were done poorly during our stay. Important information was omitted during our check-in (you have to pay extra to visit the adult only pool for instance) and after insisting they would bring the bags to the room and waiting 50 minutes, I went to the lobby to get them myself. The food at all the restaurants is incredibly overpriced and underwhelming and the service is at best slow and at worst apathetic. The kids club is hit or miss with its activities and planning, and our first experience with babysitting didn't inspire confidence when she failed to show up. Although we gave the manager a second chance and he introduced us to Issy who is lovely and fantastic with younger ones and we were very happy with watching the kids several nights. The spa lost two of the appoints we booked and seemed pained to fit us in, and even then the service was basic. Many of teen room/game room games are broken (the Play Station has one remote and it often has no batteries or cord and the air hockey table is cracked). Our room wasn't serviced daily if we were in the room when they came by at 9AM. While the beach and view are incredible, there are many other resorts to visit that are closer and less expensive for the same quality of experience. We won't be back.
