The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. However, upon entering the first room assigned to me, I noticed several maintenance issues. The bathroom ceiling exhibited signs of mold, the bathroom door showed signs of rust, and the AC unit was not properly installed, resulting in visible gaps.
Upon informing the front desk clerk about these concerns, I was promptly assigned another room. In this room, however, I encountered a few more challenges. The refrigerator was old and showed signs of rust, with paint peeling off. Additionally, the lighting fixtures were not functional, and the lamps were visibly aged and rusty. The rooms also had a distinct smell of mold and mildew.
Considering these conditions, I made the decision to check out and seek alternative accommodation.
