나이아가라 뷰는 기대마세요 체크인때 카드키는 열리는데 안에 걸이장치가 헐거워 문이 잠겨 있음. 1시간 기다리다 하우스키퍼 도움으로 짐 맡기고 나가서 겨우 구경하고 왔네요.

The location is good, you can easily walk around the falls. Parking is very expensive even if you stay at the hotel, you must pay. Even if you park 2-3 streets from the hotel, there is a shuttle, but the cost to park is expensive.. we stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned the second day.

Had a great stay. Loved the room with the jetted tub and view! Only negatives were the pool and the room being a bit outdated. You are supposed to reserve a time at the pool, so we did, but every time the pool was packed and not super clean. No one was there checking if you had a reservation and we never got to truly enjoy it.

Very good views of the falls US side,Skylon Tower,Rainbow bridge and Skywheel.Convenient and walkable to all the major attractions.Spacious and clean rooms but wish the 2 bottles of water be welcome gift to all rooms like most hotels and not free just to high rank members.Definitely will stay here again.

The rooms are tired and in need of renovations. Our room in particular was 2952. It had a spot where the carpet was cut out, the ceiling was cracking and the overall room felt gloomy. It needs to be renovated and updated. The room had a fireplace that didn’t work and most of the tv channels were not working.

it is a nice place but we did have some issues with tv, long waiting for elevator, no parking available direct on site.. had to take a shuttle but bed are good our view was of Canadian and American falls

The elevators were a nightmare. 30 minutes to get downstairs in the morning. Also, the parking is very overpriced compared to other options less than 1 block away. Aside from that, hotel was excellent.

The hotel has central air conditioning. In my room it was very hot and there was no way to turn on the air conditioning, so we called the reception, they apologized and explained to us that in that season (middle of March) the hotel only offers heating, there is no way to use the air conditioning, they only offered us a fan. In fact, it is very difficult to sleep in a hot room.

It’s Hilton. It’s a better hotel. The service was exceptional and the facility and room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, especially Aaron. I asked for a different room because the first suite was dated and the view was limited. I was assisted with kindness and professionalism. I was able to park nearby for a nominal fee at a convenient store. I plan to stay again, but it was a 10 minute walk to the attractions we visited.

Took 40 minutes just to check in very under staffed,rude staff on pool area, and ran cleaning equipment in middle of night could be heard in room. No blanket for pull out bed. Overall disappointed with this hotel. We booked 2 rooms on this stay.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't normally write reviews but for the cost a night for this property I felt I needed to. The only good thing going for the property is the view. We were a bit shocked to come back to our room after the first day and the room had not been attended to. Normally upon check in at a hotel the staff will tell you if housekeeping do not attend to your room daily. We ended up calling housekeeping to get more towels and toilet rolls. As 1 roll of toilet paper was not going to be suffice for 5 people for 2 days. The body wash dispenser was also empty in the shower as well. The spa baths need cleaning. My kids went in the bath and they put the jets on of course. Lucky they got out as soon as the jets went on as they didn't like them. Once the bath was empty the amount of grime that came out of the jets was absolutely disgusting. I could say more but they were they main things. For a property that we paid almost 400 CAD a night you would expect more than this.
