깨끗한 숙소와 무엇보다 조용함이 좋았다. 걸어서 3-5분이내에 호수에 접근할 수 있고 주변 경치와 조그마한 마을이 편안함을 느끼게 해준다. 호텔리셉션 직원들은 친절했다. 결론적으로 가족들과 편안하고 조용한 휴식을 즐길수 있는 깨끗한 숙소이다.

위치도 너무 좋고, 별실로 되어있어 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소밖에 있는 야외테이블 진짜 좋았습니다. 주차도 숙소 바로 앞에 할수 있어서 좋았고, 병풍처럼 둘러쌓인 산과 할슈타트호수, 정원 다 너무 좋았습니다.

할슈타트호숫가에 있는데 객실이 집한채씩 되어있어서 가족이 머무르기엔 최적이었고 호수앞에 넓은 잔디와 애들이 놀 수 있는 놀이터가 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 할슈타트에 다시 오게되면 또 이 호텔을 선택하겠습니다.

The most terrible experience I've ever have
6인용 독채에서 여자 3명이 6박7일 머물렀습니다. 1. 숙박 4일째 오후 날이 흐려 잠옷차림으로 2층에서 쉬고 있는데 한 남자가 2층 화장실로 불쑥 들어왔습니다. 노크도 못 들었고, 따라서 당연히 들어오라고 허락한 적도 없고, 누가 올 거라는 말도 못 들었고 저희가 사람을 보내달라고 요청한 적도 없었습니다. 저희는 너무 놀라고 무서워서 누가 들어오라고 했냐, 나가달라고 했는데 영어가 안 통해서 나가지도 않았습니다. 리셉션에 항의하면서 알아보니 노후화된 화장실 휴지걸이를 고치러 온 사람인데 (직원은 맞았습니다) 노크했는데 답이 없어서 들어왔다고 하더군요. 당장 고장난 것도 아닌 걸 왜 요청도 안했는데 굳이 숙박 중에 고치려했는지도 모르겠네요. 할머니와 엄마 모시고 여행 중이었는데 무섭고 멘붕오고 할머니 혈압도 걱정되고. 여차저차 리조트 잘못이라며 정중한 사과는 받았는데 사과와 재발방지 약속 외에 해줄 수 있는 것도 없다고 하고, 그 이후로도 2박은 더 해야하는 상황이라 계속 묵었지만 내내 불안에 떨어야했습니다. 이게 직원이고 실수라 그나마 다행인 상황이라고 해야하는건지... 열쇠 외에는 별도로 안전고리가 없어서 숙소 약속 외에 숙박객이 할 수 있는 대책이 없거든요. 물론 남녀 안 가리고 문제지만 특히 여자분들 꼭 주의하세요. A man suddenly entered upstairs of my house without my permission and the resort never noticed this issue before. In the house there were only 3 women resting in pajamas. I was very scared and upset so I asked him to go out but he couldn't understand english at all. I complaint the reception. The receptionist said he was a mechanist and he tried to change the toilet paper holder but I never asked to change it. A manager apologize me that was a mistake and promised it never happen again but I didn't feel safe until I checked out. 2. 화장실 휴지가 여분 포함 6개 제공됩니다. 3인이었는데 정원대로 6인이 묵었다면 인당 1개로 1주일을 지내야 하구요. 추가 지급은 없고 매점에서 사야하는데 개당 1유로입니다. 마트에선 12개들이에 3유로쯤 했던 것 같네요. 3. 냉장고는 있는데 냉동실이 없습니다. 작은 공용 냉동고가 리셉션 옆 세탁실에 함께 있는데 저희는 음식을 남들과 함께 놔두기 싫어서 사용 안했어요. 4. 숙소 관련은 아닌데 차량으로 들어오실 분은 현재 할슈타트 터널이 공사중이라 드나들때 시간이 많이 걸리니 참고하세요.

The resort might take the resort fee twice!
Be careful! The resort might take the resort fee twice. I stayed two nights in June 2017. I already paid the resort fee at Hotels.com, but the resort charged it once again. I spent more than 1 hour to fix this. I am very angry about the fact that the resort might have taken my money if I had not noticed. The resort itself was not bad.

가격 정보만 제대로 사전에 알고 있다면 그가격에 6인가족이 이용하기에는 충분히 좋은 숙소라고 생각한다. 전망도 좋고... 다만 사전에 가격은 서비스비용이 추가된 비용으로 제시가 되어야 나중에 체크인할때 혼란이 없을것 같다. 나같은 경우에는 그 사항을 미리 알고있어서 혼란이없었지만... 아무튼 괜찮은 숙소인건 틀림이없다!

오버트라운 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어 할슈타트와 오버트라운을 관광하기 좋습니다. 펜션처럼 한채의 통나무집에서 묵을수 있으며 2개의 침실에 4개의 침대가 있어 가족들이 묵기에 아주 좋습니다. 타올은 많이 구비되어 있지만 샴푸나 비누, 로션등은 없으니 꼭 챙겨 가셔야합니다. 넓고 멋진 실내수영장 시설도 있고, 매점에 간단한 물품도 팔아요. 그렇지만 세금과 봉사비가 숙박비보다 비싸다는 점을 꼭 확인하세요. 저는 100달러 정도를 예상하고 예약했지만 막상 체크인을 할때 그사실을 알고 적잖히 당황했습니다. 펜션이라 그런지 세금과 봉사비까지 숙박료를 1박에 약 270달러를 지불했습니다. 4인 이상의 가족이 묵으신다면 그정도의 가격이 적절하지만 저희는 2인여행이라 방도 하나면 충분했는데 너무 오버되는 가격과 숙박시설이었네요. 생긴지 얼마 안된 리조트라 댓글이 별로 없어 이런부분을 캐치못하고 기분을 망치게 되는 요인이 되었어요. 오스트리아는 10만원정도면 고급 호텔에 묵었었는데 30만원을 1박으로 썼으니까요^^;; 그리고 꼭 중요한 한가지! 오버트라운 역에서 내려서 구글맵을 키고 걸어가시면 정말 험난한 길로 안내를 한답니다. 철길을 왼쪽으로 끼고 내려가다가 철길 신호등 도로를 건너가시면 바로앞 5분도 안걸리니까요. 꼭 역장에게 물어보시든지, 호텔과 통화를 하시더라도 가까운 길로 가세요~ 저희는 구글 맵을 키고 잘못 가다가 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 돌아돌아 가서 40분 넘게 고생했네요 그리고 절대로 철길 무단횡단하시면 큰일납니다. 조금만 내려가면 신호등이 있으니까 신호 확인하시고 건너가세요. 이런저런 사건으로 그아름다운 여행지에서 안타까운시간을 보내고 돌아오게 되었지만~ 다 추억이 되어서 기억에 오래 남네요. 오버트라운은 참 조용하고 아름다운 동네이고, 리조트 시설도 깨끗하고 경치가 정말 아름다워요 잊혀지지 않을정도로~ 꼭 이런 저런 정보들을 확인하시고 가시길 바래요. 할슈타트로 가는 버스는 리조트 바로 앞에 오고 인포메이션에서 시간정보를 프린트해주니까 참고하세요~ 호텔 매니저들은 참 친절하고 좋습니다.^^

The hotel is located near Hallstatt, like 5 mins drive, room was well-equipped with kitchenette, the best part is the view around the hotel, it’s just so beautiful, would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!!

Good facility in prime location in proximity of Hallstatt but the accommodation is outdated and rooms needs renovation.
