만족합니다.
친절했고 따뜻했습니다. 3박중 마지막 날 화장실쪽 방음이 잘 안되서 아쉬웠는데, 옆방 사람에 따라 달라질거같아요. 조식 메뉴는 적었는데 없는것보다는 있는게 좋죠. 위치도 시내 근처에 있어서 걸어다니기에도 좋았고 주차장도 실내여서 아주 좋았습니다.

완전 추천합니다
호텔도 너무너무 깨끗했고 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨습니다 무엇보다 주변 시설이 잘 되어 있었고 사우나(스파) 시설이 있어서 좋았어요!!

신축호텔이라 객실 상태는 최상. 눈 내리는 풍경 예술. 밧~ 일단 젤 먼저~ 리셉션 데스트가 없어 완전 황당. 리셉션 데스크 없는 호텔은 첨봄. 호텔에 들어가면 젤 먼저 보이는 커피 음료 바. 그곳에서 리셉션 업무도. 어이없음. 친절하지 않음. 모든 직원들이 일단 표정 좋지 않음. 호텔이 어려운가 직원이 최소. 추워서 이불도 여러차례 주문해서야 가져다 줌. 객실에 슬리퍼 없음. 가운 없음. 냉장고에 물 한병도 들어있지 않음. 비누 없음. 바디로션 없음. 샴푸 질 안 좋음. 대용량 붙박이 샴푸통 펌푸질 쉽지 않음. 호텔앞에서 스키장 버스 타기 편리. 공항 버스 타기도 용이. 조식 수준은 중간 정도. 종류 다양하지 않음. 딱 기본. 기계 커피 실망. 직접 구운 크로아상 맛있음. 눈내린 창가에서 설산을 감상할 수 있고 신축이라 매우 깨끗하여 모든 것이 용서가 됨.

Very comfortable rooms, that were warm and very clean Good bathroom shower etc. Very quiet - no noise. Easy to walk to town centre. Very convenient bus stop if wanting to take bus to an from airport.

The property is central to queenstown and has parking. I booked primarily because i could park on the premises. When we arrived there was no parking. It should state on the website that parking is limited .

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mandy who went above and beyond, hand delivered a note with recommendations for foods. Short walk to the mall and many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean and modern. Would highly recommend. Thanks team!

The best Holiday Inn, perhaps, in the entire world. Great location just a few minutes walk from the busy tourist heart of Queenstown. Phenomenal view from our room.

Property was very nice. Gayle (originally from France) at reception was friendly & very helpful when we arrived. Road to hotel was very busy. Walk to restaurants, etc wasn’t long but it was no fun climbing the hill when returning to hotel.

The hotel was in a good location for easy access to the waterfront, cafes, shops, etc. The staff were helpful, and the chef went the extra mile to cater to dietary requirements. Howver, the mountain view we had requested dud not live up to expectation. We were on road level with roadworks directly outside the window, and the bare face of the gondola hill - not the Remarkable mountains - so not remarkable. Also when looking for a light snack mid afternoon on one occasion, there were no suitable options for gluten free - so again, disappointing and a loss to the hotel as we took our dollars off site.

Everything was good. The room is big and clean and the free breakfast is convenient. The only downside of this hotel was that the queue for checkout was unnecessarily long. There was not enough staff to facilitate check out and the process caused frustration amongst guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect only a short walk into town. The bus stops were located directly outside the hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends when travelling.
