Overall the property and room was in good shape and clean. The only issue was the front desk staff. Twice our key cards became demagnetized and rather than swapping out cards the person kept blaming my wife and I that we carry them incorrectly. We travel a bit and have never had this issue. The one issue with this is you park underground and now they would not work in parking garage elevator so you had to walk up stairs to outside to get back in. The other was one day housekeeping never came to clean the room. Two staff members said same thing "they were likely too busy to get to your room" how is that an answer. Main thing is take ownership if something goes wrong, do not pass it off or blame the customer.
